Mezenhimālo stromas šūnu osteoģenēzes raksturojums uz amorfā kalcija fosfāta biomateriāla

Mezenhimālās stromas šūnas ir plaši pētīts šūnu veids to potenciālo ārstniecisko efektu dēļ, no kuriem populārākie ir imūnmodulācija un audu reģenerācija. Bakalaura darbs bija fokusēts uz mezenhimālo stromas šūnu pielietojumu kaulaudu reģenerācijā un to biosaderību ar amorfo kalcija fosfātu, kas organismā atrodams kaula veidošanās sākumstadijā. Darba mērķis bija raksturot uz amorfā kalcija fosfāta biomateriāla audzētu mezenhimālo stromas šūnu osteoģenēzes potenciālu. Osteoģenēzes raksturošanai izmantoja osteokalcīna imūnfluorescento iezīmēšanu, savukārt, biosaderību analizēja ar kolorimetrisko CKK-8 analīzi. An efficient method for selective oxidation of (oxime)Pt(II) to (oxime)Pt(IV) species using N,N-dichlorotosylamide

The oxidation of (oxime)PtII species using the electrophilic chlorine-based oxidant N,N-dichlorotosylamide (4-CH3C6H4SO2NCl2) was studied. The reactions of trans-[PtCl2(oxime)2] (where oxime = acetoxime, cyclopentanone oxime, or acetaldoxime) with this oxidant led to trans-[PtCl4(oxime)2] products. The oxidation of trans-[Pt(o-OC6H4CH = NOH)2] at room temperature gave trans-[PtCl2(o-OC6H4CH = NOH)2], whereas the same reaction upon heating was accompanied by electrophilic substitution of the benzene rings. peerReviewed

The aim of this cross-sectional study was to explore the spatial extent of pain and its association with clinical symptoms, psychological features, and pain sensitization in people with frozen shoulder (FS). Forty-eight individuals with FS completed pain drawings (PDs) and reported their clinical symptoms including pain intensity (Visual Analogue Scale) and shoulder disability (Shoulder Pain and Disability Index). Vispārējā tiesību principa atvasināšana Satversmes tiesas judikatūrā Imanuela Kanta sintētisko un analītisko spriedumu nošķīruma kontekstā

Šajā bakalaura darbā tiek analizēta vispārējo tiesību principu atvasināšana no pamatnormas Satversmes tiesas judikatūrā. Analīze tiek veikta, kā metodoloģisku instrumentu izmantojot Imanuela Kanta nošķīrumu starp sintētiskiem un analītiskiem spriedumiem. Izpētes rezultātā tiek secināts, ka Satversmes tiesas nolēmumi izmaina pamatnormas jēdzienu tiktāl, ciktāl šie nolēmumi netiek skatīti kā jaunas tiesiskās realitātes konstituēšana, un ka šī transformācija ir vērtējama pozitīvi, jo tā kalpo kā atsvars un risinājums iespējamībai, ka pamatnormas sākotnēji iedibinātajā sistēmā iemīt trūkumi vai pretrunas.

Szuwar sitowia korzenioczepnego Scirpetum radicantis Hejný in Hejný et Husák 1978 został po raz pierwszy opisany ze strefy litoralu stawów hodowlanych w południowych Czechach. Następnie został stwierdzony w Niemczech, Czechach, Słowacji, Austrii i w Polsce. W Polsce zespół ten należy do bardzo rzadko spotykanych zbiorowisk roślinnych. Dotychczas jego fitocenozy zostały opisane z 5 stanowisk zlokalizowanych na Śląsku. W trakcie badań geobotanicznych prowadzonych na obszarze Słowińskiego Parku Narodowego w latach 2013-2014 stwierdzono 2 nowe jego stanowiska, które zostały zlokalizowane w jeziorze Gardno oraz rzece Łupawa.

The United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are based on the Agenda 2030 according to which ‘no one is left behind’, highlighting the need for inclusive citizenship at all levels. This article examines self-help groups in rural Tanzania as potential arenas for inclusive citizenship, which is defined as bottom-up practices of membership, participation, and livelihood enhancement. However, inclusive citizenship is also characterised by exclusions.
