Megakaryocytic cell line-specific hyperploidy by cytotoxic necrotizing factor bacterial toxins

Cytotoxic necrotizing factor (CNF) toxins, isolated from certain Escherichia coli strains known to cause intestinal and extra intestinal infections, induce reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton and generate hyperploidy in adherent cell lines. We have examined the effect of CNF toxin on one of the few cell types that naturally increase nuclear DNA content, megakaryocytes. Our studies show that only hematopoietic cells capable of differentiating along the megakaryocyte lineage responded to the CNF2 toxin by becoming polyploid and by reorganizing actin. This doctoral work is interested in stakeholder’s antisocial behaviors. This phenomenon is approached by means of the theories bound to the social categorization, and more precisely, the social identity approach and the conception of the social partitions. La perspective adoptée sous l’angle d’une biographie herméneutique permet de rendre compte, à travers la singularité du personnage, des évolutions et des tensions collectives qui se dessinent autour des représentations du corps et des velléités d’émancipation qui caractérisent les années précédant mai 1968.

Mammography screening allowed breast tumors detection in early stage while treatments are less aggressive. Cet article étudie les relations entre contrôle de gestion environnemental (CGE) et apprentissage organisationnel (AO) en inscrivant le modèle de Simons (1995) dans une perspective contingente. Par des facteurs stratégiques et organisationnels, ce modèle enrichi explique les liens entre les modes de contrôle (diagnostique et interactif) de Simons et les niveaux d’apprentissage (en simple et double boucle) d’Argyris et Schön (1978).
