What distinguishes the biblical books of Sacred Scripture from other compositions and works of literature is undoubtedly its supernatural character described in theology as inspiration. Still, the reflction of numerous centuries,beginning from the Church Fathers, has been necessary to formulate this specifi quantity of the biblical text as well as explain and classify it into proper categories corresponding with the contents of Sacred Scripture.
