Physicochemical compatibility and stability of nebulizable drug admixtures containing Dornase alfa and tobramycin.

The objective of this in-vitro study was to determine whether admixtures of the inhalation solutions Pulmozyme(®) (Dornase alfa) and either Bramitob(®) or Tobi(®) (both containing Tobramycin) are physicochemically compatible and to analyze the aerodynamic parameters of these admixtures. After mixing, test solutions were stored at room temperature and under ambient light conditions over a period of 24 h. Tobramycin concentrations were determined by using a fluorescence immunoassay. AbstractIn prison, the provision of care and the surveillance of inmates takes place in multiple locations with several often contradictory demands. Inmates may experience a fragmentation of services because of the separate silos in which criminal justice service and mental health professionals work and the distinct ways of working that develop within these. Baltais fosfors ir molekulārs kristāls, kas sastāv no tetraedra formas P4 molekulām, kuru savstarpējais izkārtojums kristāliskajā režģī mainās, pārejot starp trim pazīstamajām fāzēm: α; β; γ. Materiāls ir pazīstams jau sen, taču kā molekulārs kristāls tas ir pētīts salīdzinoši maz, it īpaši ar svārstību spektroskopijas metodēm, kas, piemēram, spētu apstiprināt vai noliegt no rentgenstaru difrakcijas iegūto kristālisko struktūru pareizību. [EN] Within the proposed theme, this article has as its overall objective to provide a search that shows children’s texts of the third grade of Childhood Education and second-year-elementary-school students on traditional tales starring wise women. To obtain the texts has been designed and implemented a didactic sequence. The results achieved and the analysis carried out show that the writings made by children are successful texts. Stand out, to conclude, some key aspects of the investigation: the proposal of activities with regard to the school and the approach of different mediations as didactic sequence and literary texts, which become an engine of learning for the children.

INTRODUZIONE I numerosi studi sui polimorfismi lattoproteici della capra hanno evidenziato per il gene che codifica per l’alfa (s1)-caseina (CSN1S1) 17 alleli: A, B1, B2, B3, B4, C, D, E, F, G, O1, O2, H, I, L, M, N. Tali alleli sono stati associati a differenti tassi di sintesi di caseina e classificati in quattro gruppi quantitativi: alleli forti (A, B1, B2, B3, B4, C, H, L, M) intermedi (E ed I) e deboli (D, F e G) che sintetizzano rispettivamente un alto (circa 3,5 g/l), medio (circa 1,1 g/l), e basso (0,45 g/l) quantitativo di alfa (s1)-caseina, più alleli nulli (01, 02 e N) che non sintetizzano alfa (s1)-caseina (1, 2).
