Este artículo analiza la variación terminológica que afecta las denominaciones (variación denominativa), porque en muchas ocasiones los términos constituyen un obstáculo en la construcción de los conceptos. Concretamente, se ha desarrollado un trabajo terminográfico, de recopilación de los términos utilizados para referirse a las diferentes clases de palabras en los libros de texto de las asignaturas de Castellano y Valenciano de primero y segundo de ESO. Niniejszy tekst przedstawia wyniki analizy jakościowej i ilościowej wybranych materiałów edukacyjnych (podręczniki do nauki języka angielskiego). Analiza, dokonana przy użyciu aparatu pojęciowego pedagogiki krytycznej, dotyczyła sposobu prezentacji kwestii związanych z etnicznością, a jej celem była ocena badanego materiału pod kątem wzmacniania bądź minimalizowania stereotypów etnicznych oraz stopnia, w jakim podejście autorów/ek nacechowane jest podejściem europocentrycznym. W konkluzji pracy autorka zaznacza tendencję do przedstawiania w wybranych podręcznikach etniczności w sposób uproszczony i stereotypowy, co może zakłócać proces nabywania umiejętności międzykulturowych.

The aim of the article is to describe a new study programme at the University of Opole, Czech language in the public services sector. Necessity to create non-philological programme is explained, as there are huge changes on the labour market and different expectations of future employers. Changes in the programme were enforced also by a new generation, so called Generation Z that has new characteristics. That lead the teachers to change their previous identities and habits.
