The article investigates the relationship between Roman law, legal Tradition and modern civil law. The focus is mainly on theoretical and methodological models in the history of private law. Jak wiadomo, język niemiecki jest językiem pluricentrycznym z narodowymi odmianami/centrami, który w obrębie języka prawa różni się także ze względu na obowiązujące w różnych krajach niemieckojęzycznych różne systemy prawa. Austriacki kodeks cywilny (ABGB), uchwalony w roku 1811, jest prawie o cały wiek starszy od swego odpowiednika w RFN (BGB), który wszedł w życie w roku 1900. Ów dystans czasowy pociąga za sobą także różnice w zakresie języka obu kodeksów. Celem artykułu jest pokazanie cech wspólnych i różnic w obrębie kolokacji w niemieckim i austriackim kodeksie cywilnym, które dotąd prawie całkowicie pozostawały poza obszarem badań.

Sotilaiden voimistelu on ollut varhaisinta järjestäytynyttä ruumiinkulttuuria Suomessa. Artikkelini kuvaa tämän voimistelun kehityskaarta Ruotsin vallan ajalta toiseen maailmansotaan. Vaikutteet harjoituksiin saatiin pääasiassa saksalaisista aatteista ja esikuvista. Sotilasvoimistelun kehityksessä voidaan erottaa neljä vaihetta, jotka ovat heijastaneet kulloistakin sotilasihannetta ja sen perustana ollutta sodankäynnin tapaa. To explore the mechanisms that mineralize poorly bioavailable natural organic carbon (OC), we measured the mineralization of OC in two lake waters over long-term experiments (up to 623 days) at different pH and iron (Fe) levels. Both the microbial and photochemical mineralization of OC was higher at pH acidified to 4 than at the ambient pH 5 or an elevated pH 6. During 244 days, microbes mineralized up to 60% of OC in the 10-mu m filtrates of lake water and more than 27% in the 1-mu m filtrates indicating that large-sized microbes/grazers enhance the mineralization of OC. Il saggio propone una riflessione su quelle che appaiono come le nuove frontiere della discussa categoria del danno esistenziale che, seppure formalmente abbandonata, continua, secondo l’autore, a riconoscersi dietro la diversa etichetta del « danno dinamico relazionale ». Muovendo dalla figura del danno da lesione del rapporto parentale, quale ipotesi paradigmatica di danno esistenziale, l’autore propone una rilettura dell’intera categoria del danno esistenziale come danno evento.
