This article explores the leisure time and civic activities of ‘multicultural youth’ in Finland. The theoretic-conceptual framework is the Foucauldian governmentality approach and Foucault's four step model of the ethical self-formation of the moral subject. This toolkit exposes how the subjectivation of the multicultural youth takes place in their leisure time activities and civic action, and connects and disconnects with the desires and expectations of administration and youth workers. Współczesne tendencje w pedagogice przedszkolnej podkreślają potrzebę stosowania zróżnicowanych form konstruowania procesu dydaktyczno-wychowawczego - pracy zbiorowej, indywidualnej i grupowej. Podjęte w artykule rozważania teoretyczne uzupełniono wynikami badań własnych, przeprowadzonych drogą sondażu diagnostycznego, wśród nauczycielek przedszkoli w województwie opolskim. Analiza rezultatów badań dowiodła, że nauczycielki najczęściej w organizowaniu zajęć dydaktycznych stosują pracę zbiorową, choć najwyższą efektywność i zaangażowanie dzieci dostrzegają w formie indywidualnej.

This article asks about the expansion of psychological, therapeutic and self-enhancement ethos through the networks and devices that configures middle and upper-middle classes, and about the ways in which this process is singled out starting from the encounter between coaching and psychology paradigms with golf fans, in contemporary Argentina. The empirical materials that support the analysis have been ethnographically produced from the interaction with golf players and coaches.
