The effect of buffer strip width and selective logging on riparian forest microclimate

Riparian forests have cool and humid microclimates, and one aim of leaving forested buffer strips between clear-cut areas and streams is to conserve these microclimatic conditions. We used an experimental study set up of 35 streamside sites to study the impacts of buffer strip width (15 or 30 m) and selective logging within the buffer strips on summer-time air temperature, relative air humidity and canopy openness 12 years after logging. En France, la diffusion de l’alerte aux populations face à un risque naturel ou anthropique repose sur une panoplie d’outils variés. A l’échelle de l’Etat, la sirène a longtemps fait figure de moyen prioritaire (Douvinet et al., 2021), mais deux nouveaux outils vont être déployés en 2022 : le cell broadcast et le SMS géolocalisé. This essay analyzes the evidence which allows us to glimpse the traces of an archaic practice of wife ceding and its development to the late Republican age. The sources which recount the episode of the ceding of Marcia and Livia Drusilla and a passage of the so-called Laudatio Turiae, with special reference to lines 35-36 and the proposed integration of Mommsen liberi [communes] are analyzed. Abstract: The author has undertaken to classify the legal instruments of environmental protection of in a health resort municipality (a spa commune) in Poland, regarding the aspect of their impacting the state of protection of natural environment. This article proposes an ethical reinterpretation of Dardot and Laval's analyses of the concept of the "commune", published in 2014. The circulation of ethical arguments and the activation of a line of thought related to public ethics can indeed contribute to finding an answer to some objections moved to the proposal of the commune. This is the intention of my contribution, which focuses in particular on the question of the subjectivity implied, or rather evoked by the theoretical-political proposal of the French thinkers.
