This comparative study examines the everyday Facebook activities of all Danish and Spanish members of the European Parliament (MEPs), and the extent to which there is a real political conversation between citizens and European representatives. Through content analysis, it analyzes the Facebook practices of a significantly under-studied population (MEPs) during a non-campaign period (January 15 to February 15, 2017) while most of recent research has overwhelmingly focused on campaign periods. Dans le cadre d’un travail de recherche en Analyse Conversationnelle (Sacks, 1992) traitant des dimensions linguistiques et multimodales des interactions entre le personnel de service et les clients lors d’un repas au restaurant, nous avons élaboré une partie de notre corpus dans un restaurant expérimental équipé d’un système d’enregistrement audio et vidéo. The modern wave of ‘evolutionary economics’ was launched in 1982 with the classic study by Nelson and Winter. This paper reports a broad bibliometric analysis of ‘evolutionary’ research in the disciplines of management, business, economics, and sociology over 25 years from 1986 to 2010. It confirms that Nelson and Winter's book (An evolutionary theory of economic change, Harvard University Press, Cambridge, MA, 1982) is an enduring nodal reference point for this broad field. Recent studies on gaze behaviours in individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) have utilised “live eye tracking.” Such research has focused on generating quantitative eye tracking measurements, which provide limited (if any) qualitative contextual details of the actual interactions in which gaze occurs. This article presents a novel methodological approach that combines live eye tracking with qualitative interaction analysis, multimodally informed conversation analysis. W artykule prezentuję wyniki jakościowej analizy aktów negacji stosowanych przez egzaminatora podczas rozmowy maturalnej z języka polskiego. Tekst składa się z trzech zasadniczych części. W pierwszej przedstawiam ustny egzamin maturalny z języka polskiego, a także omawiam wyznaczniki gatunkowe rozmowy egzaminacyjnej, uznając, że jednym z nich jest cel grzecznościowy. Tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan sitä, kuinka kuusi aikuista turvapaikanhakija- ja pakolaisasiakasta kuvaavat kokemiaan hyödyllisiä muutoksia luonnollisissa terapeuttisissa keskusteluissa. Asiakkaiden keskustelukäynnit kriisikeskuksen työntekijöiden luona videotallennettiin. Tutkimuksen kohteena olivat asiakkaiden esittämät ja tulkkien suomeksi välittämät ilmaukset. Tutkielman tarkoituksena on selvittää, mitä vuorovaikutuksen keinoja puhujat käyttävät ymmärrettävyyden ja yhteisen ymmärryksen saavuttamiseksi keskusteluissa, joissa englanti toimii lingua francana (ELF) eli yhteisenä kielenä eri kieli- ja kulttuuritaustaisten puhujien kesken.
