Nouveau regard sur le Bronze ancien en Bourgogne à la lumière de l’étude d’une hache récemment découverte en forêt d’Étaules (21)
2014
In 2010, in doubtful circumstances, a bronze axe blade was fortuitously discovered in the forest of Étaules. The artefact has been studied as detailed as possible in order to suggest its former cultural context, thus allowing to give a brief review of the Early Bronze Age in Burgundy. This flanged axe, close to the Neyruz type, can be attributed to the mid-Early Bronze Age. In an excellent state of preservation, it was carefully prepared after having been cast in a split mould; although worn by use, it remains fully functional. Despite the lack of the archaeological context at the precise place where it was discovered, its presence strengthens the idea of a developed human occupation in Bur…

Jean Giono : mythical ways to the discovery of « self »
2013
The aim of this study was to follow the path to recovery myth in the novelistic work of Jean Giono. For Giono, the ancient world remains a permanent and inalienable human condition. Resume is often a myth of his hero to remake another ego, a similar one or the opposite one. The mythical world of Giono, as represented in his works, is of course the psychological imagination and the desire to find a path that led to the self discovery. Being self or being an Other, this is the fundamental question in the contemporary literature. This problem takes a full extent in the post-war writers. During his real existence, Giono invented the myth of the author through the "portrait of the artist himself…

Impact de la conduite des cultures intermédiaires sur la flore adventice : résultats de l’analyse de 31 essais
2022
Data of 31 field trials were analysed to quantify the impact of cover crops grown during summerfallow on weeds during this period. Results show that weed abundance at the date of cover-cropdestruction greatly varies between experimental locations which differed in terms of pedoclimate, previous crop etc. Cover-crop above-ground biomass did not impact weed plant density. However, weed above-ground biomass decreased with increasing cover-crop biomass. Cover-crop speciesgreatly differed in their ability to reduce weed biomass, according to their own biomass, their speedof soil coverage at early stages and their above-ground plant morphology. Cover crops with highlevels of biomass and rapid soil …
Ratures fécondes
2012
Commenting on daily life of the scientific community, newspapers highlight some characteristics of the way sciences are evolving, thanks to a kind of epistemological flash-back : the way they lean on working hypothesis, these working hypothesis leaning themselves on on-going dogma. These comments on scientific current affairs call for a new understanding of gradual corrections of hypothesis.

Study of the impact of viticultural practices on arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi associated with vines
2021
Arbuscular mycorrhiza, a mutualistic symbiosis established between plants andarbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), providesmany ecosystem services such as improved soilstructure, increased plant growth and nutrition, and improved tolerance to biotic and abioticstresses. However, intensive agricultural practicesand the use of phytosanitary products as forexample herbicide and fungicides, have a strongimpact on communities of soil microorganisms, including arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, as well ason biological mechanisms within the ecosystem. This thesis wotk is part of the European Biovineproject supported by the European Commissionthrough the CORE Organic Cofund. The aim of this research work was …
