Synthesis and characterization of redox-sensitive polyurethanes based on L-glutathione oxidized and poly(ether ester) triblock copolymers

Abstract Segmented polyurethanes, based on PCL-PEG-PCL copolymers, 1,4-diisocyanatobutane and l -glutathione oxidized, used as chain extender, were synthetized. Three different reactions conditions were investigated using three different copolymers having ɛ-CL/polyethylene glycol molar ratios equal to 12, 24 and 36 and three different reaction conditions. Background To evaluate the quality of oral cancer information in Brazilian Portuguese on Google, YouTube, and Instagram. Material and Methods The first 100 links of each platform characterized the initial sample. The websites and Instagram were evaluated using the JAMA benchmarks, the Discern instrument, and the Flesch readability index (Flesch Reading Ease). The existence of Health on the Net (HON) code was also registered on websites. The usefulness of each video on YouTube was classified as not useful, slightly useful, moderately useful, or very useful. Templated synthesis of a large and flexible covalent porphyrinic cage bearing orthogonal recognition sites.

A large covalent cage incorporating two porphyrins attached by four long and flexible polyether chains each bearing two 3-pyridyl ligands was synthesized from a DABCO-templated olefin metathesis reaction. The X-ray structure of the cage with the DABCO coordinated inside the cavity to the two zinc(II) porphyrins reveals a highly symmetric structure.

Darba mērķis bija veikt pētījumus par izšķīdušo organisko un neorganisko biogēnu ietekmi uz Rīgas līča fitoplanktona struktūras veidošanos un potenciāli toksisko aļģu attīstību. Biogēnu limitēšanas eksperimenti pierādīja, ka slāpeklis ir galvenais limitējošais elements Rīgas līcī, īpaši vasarās un ārpus upju ietekmes zonas. Fosfors pamatā limitēja fitoplanktona attīstību pavasaros un upju grīvu rajonos. Eksperimentos ar neorganiskajiem biogēniem novērota intensīva kramaļģu attīstība. Neorganisko biogēnu izsīkums izraisīja fitoplanktona sugu daudzveidības samazināšanos, miksotrofo un potenciāli toksisko aļģu biomasas pieaugumu. Severe cutaneous adverse reactions (SCARs) [Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS), toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN), drug rash with eosinophilia and systemic syndrome (DRESS), acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP), and generalized bullous fixed eruption (GBFE)] are severe drug reactions that often require hospitalization and could be fatal. BRAF and MEK inhibitors (BRAF/MEKi) are a standard of care in patients with BRAF-mutated metastatic melanomas. These agents are administered until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs. Método: este estudio prueba el modelo teórico, la solución empírica de los autores originales y una nueva propuesta racional del CaSUN utilizando Análisis Factorial Confi rmatorio; también analiza su fi abilidad y validez convergente. 566 supervivientes de cáncer de mama completaron el CaSUN, el Inventario Breve de Síntomas-18 (BSI-18) y el Quality of Life in Adult Cancer Survivors (QLACS).
