In the Polish lexicography, there have appeared newer types of dictionaries, including the ones derived from or modelled on earlier lexicographic works. Their evaluation reąuires that objective criteria for a comparative description of dictionaries be developed. Treść artykułu zawiera teologiczną i filologiczną analizę fragmentu Mowy 38, 11 (powtórzenie tego tekstu znajduje się w Mowie 45, 7), w którym Grzegorz z Nazjanzu przedstawił opis stworzenia człowieka. Jego pouczenia, które kierował do swoich słuchaczy, mają charakter homiletycznego wyjaśnienia, stąd też mówca nie wchodzi w obszar ścisłej teologii, a jedynie w przystępny sposób podaje zasadniczy przekaz biblijnej prawdy.
