Gares exurbanisées et développement urbain : Le cas des gares TGV bourguignonnes

Dès la mise en service de la ligne TGV Sud-Est, au début des années 80, la Bourgogne a bénéficié de la création de deux nouvelles gares TGV, aménagées en périphérie des pôles urbains du Creusot et de Mâcon. Malgré leurs fonctions réduites, ces nouvelles gares périurbaines ont suscité d’ambitieux projets d’aménagement. De nouvelles zones d’activités ont ainsi vu le jour à proximité de ces gares. Ce travail vise à étudier les effets des caractéristiques de l'élève sur sa performance scolaire, sa satisfaction envers le professeur et sa formation de l'amitié en classe. Il cherche à saisir le rôle de quelques mécanismes dynamiques de la personnalité dans la détermination de ces variables. Auprès de 336 écoliers, nous testons d'abord un modèle général quant à son applicabilité aux principes d'association et de non-artificialité en appliquant une analyse en communautés pour étudier les relations entres les blocs de variables retenus. A significant increase of student annual flows imposed the implementation of reforms that led to an increase in the number of higher education institutions and universities. In this thesis, we study the economic consequences, in terms of instability, of the mandatory IAS/IFRS adoption in the banking industry. The thesis is organized as follows. In a first part (Chapter I), we develop a theoretical framework whose purpose is to understand the mechanisms through which the mandatory IAS/IFRS adoption by banks may influence the probability of occurrence of a banking crisis. At this stage, we show that several arguments, derived from the contractual and informational perspectives of accounting, can be mobilized in order to justify the hypothesis that the mandatory IAS/IFRS adoption has a positive or a negative influence on banking stability. This thesis reports on the study of unidirectional rotation of molecules and focuses on the rotational Doppler effect occuring in the course of third-harmonic generation in coherently spinning molecules.The rotational Doppler effect appears when a circularly polarized wave interacts with an anisotropic rotating object. During the interaction, an exchange of angular momentum and energy between the field and the object occurs, leading to a frequency shift of the wave. In this work, the frequency shift of the third-harmonic generated in unidirectionaly rotating molecules has been observed. International audience; Dans cet article, nous partons du constat qu'au cours de ces dernières années, la réduction des inégalités sociales n'a pas toujours été à la mesure des budgets qui lui était consacrés. La première raison que nous évoquons tient à la tendance structurelle à l'augmentation du nombre des titulaires de faibles ressources. La seconde raison est interne au fonctionnement des politiques sociales : plus les politiques sociales sont avantageuses, plus elles agissent sur les comportements des individus. Enfin, nous montrons que le concept d'inégalités sociales mesurées à partir de la seule répartition des revenus n'est pas suffisante pour apprécier l'efficacité des politiques…
