Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on selvittää yliopiston opetus- ja tutkijahenkilökunnan näkemyksiä työstään nykyisessä markkinaorientoituneessa yliopistoympäristössä. Yliopistossa on viime vuosina toteutettu monia uudistuksia, joilla on pyritty vastaamaan ulkoa tuleviin paineisiin ja lisäämään yliopiston tuloksellisuutta. Aiemmasta tutkimuksesta on selvinnyt, että yliopistossa esiintyy erilaisia arvoja ja orientaatioita suhteessa yliopiston avautumiseen markkinoille. Culture and community building are an essential part of the appeal of the far-right and fascist movements. Studying their cultural products is therefore important for a deeper understanding of the movement and their modus operandi. One elemental part of their culture are the so-called zines, small-scale do-it-yourself magazines intended for scene members. Mērķa orientācija darbavietā un tās saistība ar indivīdu izjusto afektu

Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot iespējamās saistības starp indivīdu mērķu orientāciju un izjusto afektu darba vietā. Pētījums veikts divos posmos. Pirmajā posmā veikts pilotpētījums mērķu orientācijas aptaujas sākotnējai adaptācijai 82 respondentu izlasē, no kuras 49 sievietes un 33 vīrieši. Pilotpētījuma rezultāti atbalstīja 2X2 faktoriālu mērķa orientācijas modeli un uzrādīja labu mērķa orientācijas skalu iekšējo saskaņotību. Gala pētījumā tika lietota adaptētā mērķu orientācijas aptauja un PANAS pozitīvo un negatīvo afektu skala, lai noskaidrotu, kā mērāmie lielumi savstarpēji saistīti. The promotion of the physical activity (PA) of citizens has traditionally focused on improving spatial accessibility, especially in municipal administrations. However, research evidence indicates that proximity to PA environments is not a sufficient condition for increased PA. This article presents a broader model of the dimensions of the accessibility of PA, developed in cooperation between researchers and the authorities of two cities in Finland. Attendance at large-scale music festivals has captivated a global interest in these spectacular experiences, yet little is known about the lasting benefits and personal changes individuals incur following this event. This study aims to provide a comprehensive exploration of the lived experiences of individuals who attended a multi-day electronic dance music festival. The present study was primarily interested in the perceived beneficial changes within the individual, following their festival experience.
