Tezą niniejszej artykułu jest twierdzenie, iż specyficzną cechą pisarstwa w dziedzinie teorii polityki jest jego trangresywność, a więc przekraczanie niektórych norm. Oznacza to, że podejmuje ono polemikę z wzorcem naukowości, który wyraża się w formalnych regułach, stanowiących aktualne kryterium naukowości. Settore ICAR/14 - Composizione Architettonica E UrbanaThe essay questions the future's possibilities to operate on the buildings of the second half of the twentieth century according to the Italian Code of Cultural Heritage (2004-2011). When arguing how to encourage the re-use of these artifacts which are often marked by short-life technology cycles obsolescence and abandonment the ambiguities and inconsistencies of current legislative procedures deeply stress the cultural role of research experiences that use project-oriented methodologies. The comparison between some Italian and other European cases highlights the role of a design approach in the construction of a transformative protection perspective for the built matter of the second half of the twentieth century. In a framework aiming to encourage a reconciliation between the recent built environment and the new paradigms of sustainability and circular economy architecture must recognize re-cycle practices as a main theoretical and procedural node. To modernize the late Modern built environment with contemporary construction components is not simply a matter of technical knowledge and expertise: but a theme with theoretical density aesthetic and ethical values. The architectural project in this field today must ask for greater congruence between the bureaucratic and administrative levels and the real consistency of this corpus. It is a matter of identifying strategies to equip it with capabilities meanings and contents remembering that demolition wastes have unsustainable environmental costs and uncertain results concerning the necessary new attribution of political and semantic meaning that these places await.

La decadenza nel diritto del lavoro tra vicende traslative e fattispecie interpositorie

L’art. 32 della legge n. 183/2010 ha sollevato molteplici questioni applicative legate alla sua infelice formulazione. Il saggio analizza il controverso perimetro applicativo del comma 4, lett. c) e d), inerenti rispettivamente la cessione del contratto di lavoro avvenuta ai sensi dell’art. 2112 c.c. e i casi in cui si chieda la costituzione o l’accertamento di un rapporto di lavoro in capo a un soggetto diverso dal titolare del contratto. L’Autore fornisce le coordinate per una corretta interpretazione, opportunamente restrittiva, delle previsioni decadenziali alla luce del dato letterale e del diritto dell’Unione europea.

The Author provides the coordinates for a proper and duly restrictive understanding of the norms on limitation in the light of its literal interpretation and in accordance with EU law.

The volume Tommaso Maria Napoli Utriusque Architecturae Brief Compendium 1688 Rome treaty on civil and military factories and preservation of the architecture of the Dominican friar Tommaso Maria Napoli wants to help increase our understanding of the principles that should underpin the realization of civil and military baroque and late baroque period as expressed in the short treatise written by the monk architect born in Palermo Tommaso Maria Napoli (1659-1725) and published in Rome at the end of the seventeenth century. This translation from the Latin of the treaty drawn up by experts (Fabio Zarbo e Pietro Zarbo) included is an interesting research drafted jointly with Giuseppe Tantillo status of some of the architecture without realizing or attributed to the architect Tommaso Maria Napoli. In fact some cards are attached to the volume on the substance and state of preservation of the cathedral of the Assumption of Mary in Dubrovnik (Croatia) of the villas Valguarnera and Palagonia in Bagheria (near Palermo Italy) of the monument to the Immaculate and one of the towers of the church of San Domenico in Palermo (Italy). The volume is enriched by the presentation and afterword by Francesco Tomaselli that among other things starting from the definition of Restoration expressed by Tommaso Maria Napoli in his book presents a stimulating reflection on the meaning of Restoration.
