Impact Evaluation of Innovative Selective Harmonic Mitigation Algorithm for Cascaded H-Bridge Inverter on IPMSM Drive Application

This paper presents a detailed analysis of the use of a novel Harmonic Mitigation algorithm for Cascaded H-Bridge Multilevel Inverter in electrical drives for the transportation field. For this purpose, an enhanced mathematical model of Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (IPMSM), that takes into account simultaneously saturation, cross-coupling, spatial harmonics, and iron loss effects, has been used. Od wielu lat ślimaki lądowe rodzaju Helicidae pełnią rolę luksusowego surowca spożywczego. Ich spożycie oscylujące wokół 40 tysięcy ton rocznie co dało początek idei hodowli fermowych ślimaków lądowych. Pojawił się również pomysł wykorzystania ich wydzieliny w produktach kosmetycznych o działaniu leczniczo-upiększającym. Śluz ze ślimaka wykazuje, m.in. właściwości: regenerujące, ochronne, przeciwzapalne, nawilżające, zwiększające elastyczność skóry. Social virtual reality (SVR) enables teams to operate in a virtual environment that simulates and enhances real-world interactions. However, there is an absence of empirical analysis of how SVR can affect the performance of virtual teams. This paper documents how SVR affects the formation of team cohesion (i.e., task cohesion and social cohesion), which is a critical success factor for team performance. To address this gap in the research, we conducted a qualitative study by interviewing 20 members from virtual teams assigned to perform a challenging collaborative task in SVR.
