Pētījums veltīts skolnieku radošajam darbam ar pasakām vācu valodas kā svešvalodas stundās vidusskolā skolēnu mācību motivācijas paaugstināšanai. Tas sastāv no ievada un divām daļām – no teorētiskās un no praktiskās daļas. Ievadā tiek formulēts darba mērķis un uzdevumi, izvirzīta hipotēze un raksturotas pētīšanas metodes. Teorētiskajā daļā aplūkoti jautājumi, kas saistīti ar pasaku kā literāru žanru un teksta specifiku: žanra vispārīgs raksturojums, pasakas izmantošanas iespējas vācu valodas mācību procesā, pasakas kā īpaša teksta veida interpretācijas iespējas ar atbilstošu satura nostiprināšanu. The essay analyzes the story of Salvatore Giuliano in the representation of two Sicilian storytellers, Salvatore Bella and Ciccio Busacca, and highlights the mechanisms of construction and transfiguration that transfigure the historical event into epic and mythical narration.

This paper focuses on Robertsʼs counter-narrative “The Cookery Lesson” and the theme of fairy-tale cannibalism. While questioning the representation of the cannibalizing and the cannibalized bodies through the analysis of the sensuous language describing the desire-violence nexus, we shall take into account the ways in which the narrative form is affected in the passage from traditional fairy tale to contemporary short story, not only as concerns the representation of characters but also as regards the use of narrative voices and narrative strategies recalling the oral origins of fairy tales. The article attempts to explain the purpose of investing characters of tales, fables and animations, with the name “silly”. The author analyzes such examples of works that show various aspects of the phenomenon of foolishness: naivety, infantility, lack of elementary knowledge, performing an activity against logic and laws of nature (e.g., drowning of fish). An important element of the argument is also presentation of the significance and influence of the display of stupidity on receivers. Kvalifikācijas darbs izstrādāts par tēmu „Pasakas izmantošana 4-5 gadus vecuma bērnu skaitļu apguves veicināšanai”. Pētījums izstrādāts ar mērķi teorētiski pētīt un empīriski pamatot pasaku izmantošanas iespējas skaitļu apguves veicināšanai 4-5 gadus veciem bērniem un apkopot ieteikumus. The author focuses on Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tales which, in her opinion, became a cultural phenomenon because of ending the civilisation of archetypes, metaphysical and existential truths dating back to the „kindergarten of mankind”. The centre of the article is the motif of death. almost omnipresent in the Danish writer’s works. Death will not spare anyone - this is the thesis argued by the author based on analysis of selected fairy tales by Andersen.
