Cette opération a permis de comprendre l’organisation et l’évolution d’un quartier urbain de l’agglomération d’Intaranum sur les cinq premiers siècles de notre ère.Située immédiatement à l’est d’une voie reliant Entrains à Auxerre, la parcelle fouillée semble n’être investie que vers le début du Ier s. Les premiers indices d’occupation livrent l’image d’un paysage rural, peu anthropisé, centré chronologiquement sur la période augustéenne. La zone va bénéficier très rapidement de la mise en place d’une voie est-ouest, implantée de manière non perpendiculaire à l’axe principal, et qui semble polariser l’organisation générale du quartier. Abstract In this study, the distributions of aluminum and gallium atoms over the tetrahedral and octahedral sites in the garnet structure were investigated in mixed Lu3Al5-xGaxO12 crystals by using 27Al and 71Ga magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and single crystal 71Ga NMR. The experimental study was supported by theoretical calculations based on density functional theory (DFT) in order to predict the trends in terms of the substitutions of Al by Ga in the mixed garnets. Optical study of gallium and nitrogen polarity layers of GaN grown on sapphire

A confocal Raman spectroscopic study was carried out on either side of an intentionally grown GaN inversion domain boundary between a pair of strips with opposite (Ga- or N-) polarity. It is shown that the Raman spectra on the N-polarity side displays an A1(TO) mode, prohibited by symmetry considerations, meanwhile on Ga-polarity material this peak is absent, indicating a lower density of defects present in this region. The Raman spectra reveal that in the lateral direction, the change in structural quality accross the inversion domain boundary is rather continuous and extends along 4 ± 1 μm. The electronic structure of Ge9[Si(SiMe3)3]3-: a superantiatom complex.

We report on the electronic structure of Ge(9)[Si(SiMe(3))(3)](3)(-). Systematic density functional theory analysis of the electronic shell structure of the cluster and its derivatives reveals that the Ge(9)[Si(SiMe(3))(3)](3)(-) and its neutral counterpart have electronic shells that can be explained using the superatom model. The ligand-core interaction of these complexes is distinctly different from previously identified gold, gallium, and aluminium superatom complexes, indicating an electron-donating rather than electron-withdrawing ligand. Taidevälitys laajenee vähitellen perinteisten välitysväylien lisäksi digitaalisiin kanaviin. Tämä pro gradu -tutkimus on laadullinen tapaustutkimus, jossa tarkastelen viiden monikanavaisen taidegallerian toimintaa Suomessa. Tarkasteltavat galleriat mahdollistavat taidevälityksen fyysisen galleriatilan lisäksi internetin kautta. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on ymmärtää monikanavaista galleriatoimintaa ilmiönä. Edvard Munch (1864-1944) ja Axel Gallén (Akseli Gallen-Kallela) (1865-1931) tutustuivat toisiinsa Berliinissä vuonna 1895, jolloin he pitivät yhteisnäyttelyn Ugo Barroccio -taidegalleriassa. Yhteisnäyttelyssä taiteilijat esittelivät muun muassa omat versionsa madonna-aiheesta. Gallénin materiaalikuvauksessaan yksityiskohtainen ja vertauskuvallisuudessaan renessanssihenkiseksikin luonnehdittu, äitiyden onnea henkivä Madonna-teos sisältää runsaasti visuaalisia viitteitä Vienan Karjalaan, suomalaisen kansallismytologian alkulähteille.
