This paper is dedicated to the investigation of a particular discursive genre, that of philosophical autobiography. Although the dialogue between philosophers is not only about the doctrine they propose, but also about the genres through which they decide to communicate that doctrine, the philosophical autobiography is usually regarded as having no doctrinal value. In this genre the enunciative scene is made explicit, so that the ‘I’ who thinks coincides with the ‘I’ who writes and, in some cases, also with the ‘I’ who lives. We will investigate the enunciation procedures and, above all, the relations between enunciation and enunciatee.

Somatic Embryogenesis and Plant Regeneration from Hypocotyl Cultures of Digitalis obscura L.

Summary Hypocotyl sections from 20-day-old seedlings of Digitalis obscura L. were used to examine the effect of IAA on somatic embryogenesis. Although embryogenesis was obtained with all IAA concentrations (0.1, 0.5 and 1 ppm) and under both illumination conditions tested (16 h photoperiod and darkness), incubation in photoperiod increased yield of embryos and shortened the embryo induction time. Optimum results were obtained with 1 ppm IAA. About 30 % of the embryos obtained developed into complete plantlets when transferred to basal medium without growth regulators.

Health recommendations state that for young elderly systematic physical activi-ties at moderate intensity for at least 150 minutes per week are required to help them stay in good shape for their senior years. We have found that young elderly readily gets started with a physical activity (PA) program but there is some challenge to make them stay with this program. We have learned that a PA program should build on activities that users find meaningful and/or best suited for their history of PA and their present physical capacity. Effect of Sex, Body Mass Index and Physical Activity Level on Peak Oxygen Uptake Among 14–19 Years Old Adolescents

The aim was to describe longitudinal trends in peak oxygen uptake (VO2peak) among 14- to 19-year-old adolescents in Norway, and to examine effects of sex, body mass index (BMI), and physical activity (PA) level on VO2peak during adolescence. Of 124 invited students from two lower secondary schools in Norway, 116 eighth-grade students (61 boys and 55 girls; 14 years old at baseline) volunteered to participate. Tässä kandidaatintutkielmassa pohdin digitaalisten musiikkipelien käyttöä soitonoppimisen sekä -opettamisen apuvälineenä. Oppimista tapahtuu muuallakin kuin vain koulussa tai soit-totunneilla. Kehittyvä teknologia mahdollistaa uusia tapoja oppia musiikkia, esim. soi-tonoppimispelien avulla. Lähdin selvittämään, millaisia nämä pelit ovat ja miten soitono-pettaja voisi hyödyntää niitä työssään. Suomalaisissa oppilaitoksissa ollaan selkeästi monia muita maita jäljessä digitaalisen oppimisen ja opettamisen asenteissa ja valmiuksissa. Pienten lasten digitaalisten oppimispelien käytettävyyden arviointi

Opinnäytetyössä pohditaan kirjallisuuskatsauksen avulla pienten lasten digitaalisten oppimispelien käytettävyyttä ja käytettävyyden arviointia. Työssä perehdytään ensin pienten lasten digitaalisiin oppimispeleihin ja pieniin lapsiin pelien käyttäjinä. Seuraavaksi pohditaan, mitä digitaalisten oppimispelien käytettävyys voisi olla ja miten pienten lasten oppimispelien käytettävyyttä voitaisiin arvioida pienten lasten kanssa. Katsauksen perusteella todettiin, että oppimispelien käytettävyys voi koostua perinteistä käytettävyyttä kuvaavien ominaisuuksien lisäksi myös pelattavuuden ja pedagogisen käytettävyyden ominaisuuksista. Tēmas problemātika saistīta ar digitāli glabātas informācijas iekļaušanu rakstveida pierādījumu tvērumā, neņemot vērā tās specifiskās iezīmes. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt digitālas formas pierādījumu civilprocesā regulējumu un praksi, risināt jautājumu par nepieciešamību izstrādāt detalizētāku regulējumu. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi, tiks analizēts digitāli glabātas informācijas jēdziens un būtība, normatīvais regulējums un tiesu prakse. Course and Predictors of Pain and Physical Functioning in Patients with Hip Osteoarthritis: Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

Objective: To systematically summarize the literature on: (i) the course of pain and physical functioning; and (ii) predictors of deterioration of pain and physical functioning in patients with osteoarthritis of the hip. Methods: A literature search was conducted in PubMed, CINAHL, Embase, PsychINFO and SPORTDiscus up to July 2015. Meta-analyses and qualitative data syntheses were performed. Results: Eleven of the 15 included studies were of high quality.
