Work placements can provide good opportunities for students to obtain meaningful learning and work experience. In Latvia, the quality of work placements varies and can lead to both excellent and dubious experience. The chapter aims at investigating how work placements can contribute to student development and how to organize work placements of high quality by exploring examples of good practice of organizing work placements in the companies in Latvia. Od ponad dekady, Polska jako kraj oraz jej obywatele jako osoby fizyczne czy też prawne, mają coraz szerszy dostęp do korzystania z funduszy unijnych na realizację przedsięwzięć związanych szeroko pojętym zagospodarowaniem przestrzeni. Wyniki analizy przykładów tzw. dobrych praktyk potwierdzają postawioną tezę, iż szeroko pojęta efektywność zrealizowanych przedsięwzięć zasadniczo różni się w segmencie przestrzeni publicznej w stosunku do realizacji projektów przez interesariuszy prywatnych. Ponad to widoczna jest wyraźna dwubiegunowość w modelowaniu zarówno przestrzeni publicznej jak i prywatnej na terenach miejskich w porównaniu do obszarów wiejskich.

In this article we wish to discuss different normative dilemmas that teachers and psychotherapists meet in their work with the student and the patient. We argue that crucial for a good practice is not the actual choice between normativity and freedom, between generalized or authorized standards and individual dialogue. Abstract Hepatitis C virus (HCV) affects over 70 million people globally, with an estimated 399 000 HCV‐related deaths in 2016. The World Health Organization (WHO) has set a goal to eliminate HCV by 2030. Despite the availability of direct‐acting antivirals—highly effective and well‐tolerated therapies for HCV—many patients infected with HCV in Germany have not initiated treatment, including a majority of those who are aware of their positive diagnosis.
