Bakalaura darba temats ir “Kopīgas izcelsmes personvārdu varianti latviešu valodā (A–Č)”. Šis pētījums iekļaujams antroponīmikas zinātnes jomā. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kopīgas izcelsmes personvārdu variantus latviešu valodā; sagrupēt pēc to etimona personvārdus (ar sākumburtiem A–Č), kā arī noskaidrot to atvasinājumus, deminutīvus un vārdus, kuri radušies no hipokoristikām, kas veido tās pašas etimoloģiskās ligzdas. Personības iezīmju saistība ar apmierinātību ar pāru attiecībām

Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot apmierinātības ar pāru attiecībām saistību ar personības iezīmēm - pāriem, kas ir kopā 3-12 mēnešus. Pētījumā piedalījās 60 respondenti, 45 sievietes un 15 vīrieši, vecumā no 18 līdz 75 gadiem. Pētījumā tika izmantotas anketas Lielais Piecinieks (Big Five Inventory (BFI); Benet-Martinez & John, 1998) un Pāru Apmierinātības Indekss ((Couple Satisfaction Index) Funk, J.L., & Rogge, R.D., 2007). Pētījumā tika secināts, ka pastāv negatīva korelācija starp neirotismu un apmierinātību ar pāru attiecībām. This study uses the Aristotelian notion of phronesis as a critical lens for examining how global citizenship education is prefigured in the Scottish Curriculum for Excellence. Based on a content analysis of key curriculum documentation, the findings outline the way in which techne and episteme with their associated ways of knowing and acting dominate the curriculum. Nevertheless, the hints of phronesis indicate the potential for developing a more critical form of global citizenship education that prefigures praxis that wisely pursues that which is good for humankind and individual flourishing. Objective: To systematically summarize the literature on: (i) the course of pain and physical functioning; and (ii) predictors of deterioration of pain and physical functioning in patients with osteoarthritis of the hip. Methods: A literature search was conducted in PubMed, CINAHL, Embase, PsychINFO and SPORTDiscus up to July 2015. Meta-analyses and qualitative data syntheses were performed. Results: Eleven of the 15 included studies were of high quality.
