International audience; Fifteen epiphytic lichens, collected near an active nickel mine and along an East-West transect across New Caledonia island (South-West Pacific), were analyzed for their metal contents. The purpose is to evaluate atmospheric metal contamination and the impact of mining exploitation on the surroundings. The structure of the compositional dataset was explored using a covariance biplot. The score of the first principal component was used as a generic indicator to locally evaluate the degree of contamination. This study demonstrates that Ni, Co and Cr are highly concentrated in lichens near mining exploitation.

Within the scope of the Integrated Rhine Program an ecological flood gate and channel was inserted into the polder “Ingelheim” to enhance animal and plant diversity. In 2008, carabid beetles and springtails were collected, using pitfall traps, to measure the effects of ecological flooding and a strong precipitation event at a flood-disturbed and a dry location in this area. At both localities, xerophilic and mesophilic carabid beetle species were dominant throughout the study period. This paper presented the results of the studies on true bugs (Hemiptera: Heteroptera) alongside evaluating their potential usefulness in biomonitoring and bioindication. The studies were carried out in May and August of 2017. Omówiono w nim zarówno tryby, jak i sposoby regulacji spraw majątkowych wyznaniowych osób prawnych, uwzględniając liczne zmiany stanu prawnego wprowadzane kolejnymi nowelizacjami przepisów oraz ewolucję ich wykładni dokonywanej przez judykaturę i doktrynę.
