This article describes the main results of an ethnographic study on citizen participation carried out in the context of the development of the Urban Initiative (2007-2015): Cuenca-Barrio de San Antón. Managed by the City Council of Cuenca and financed by the European Regional Development Funds (FEDER) under the Ministry of Economy and Finance at the Government of Spain The results of the research show how in the context of the application of neoliberal policies, citizen participation becomes the trigger for new conflicts between institutions and citizens. The marine sponge Geodia cydonium contains several lectins. The main component, called lectin-1, is composed of three to four identical subunits. The subunits of the lectins were cloned from a cDNA library; two clones were obtained. From the deduced aa sequence of one clone, LECT-1, a mol. wt of 15,313 Da is calculated; this value is in good agreement with mass spectrometric analysis of 15,453 +/- 25 Da. The sequence of another clone, LECT-2, was analysed and the aa sequence was deduced (15,433 Da). The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the literature on organizational social capital and organizational commitment in collaborative networks context. Firstly, we identified the most important elements that compound these two concepts. In order to do that, we surveyed 193 employees of 74 companies' members of a food network - the Brazilian Wine Industry Cluster. Finally, we sought to better understand the relationship between commitment and social capital. This article deals with the syntax, semantics and pragmatics of the x und x (‘x and x’) construction in German, cf. A: Schade, dass die [Schabracken] so teuer sind! B: Naja, teuer und teuer, wenn die Qualitat stimmt, dann finde ich den Preis okay.
