Emigration countries such as Latvia institutionally should address the negative consequences of the ageing populations' economic and demographic challenges. To this aim, in 2018 network of five regional return migration coordinators was established to foster and nationally encourage return migration. How to formalize new concepts and / or build new management tools that are consistent with an responsible approach? Through the field study of the prevention of psychosocial risks at work (PSR), our work illustrates the difficulty faced by researchers and practitioners in the context of a responsiblecorporate approach. The multiple possible approaches of the prevention of PSR are all ways leading to management choices with contrasted methods and results. That makes it necessary for researchers and practitioners to position themselves upstream from these choices.

We contribute to the research on internationalization of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) by studying the coevolution of state governance of SOEs and SOEs’ evaluation of international venture opportunities during a shift in dominant institutional logic from state to market logic. Using a novel digital historical method to study Telecom Finland, we argue that as state governance mechanisms change due to a logic shift, rationales underlying SOEs’ internationalization can significantly change and impact SOEs’ geographical and partner preferences. International audience; This programmatic contribution discusses the link between concepts from Anthropological Theory of Didactics (ATD) and the “subject-scientific point of view” according to Holzkamp (1985, 1993).
