FREDHOLM THEORY FOR DEGENERATE PSEUDODIFFERENTIAL OPERATORS ON MANIFOLDS WITH FIBERED BOUNDARIES

We consider the calculus Ψ*,* de(X, deΩ½) of double-edge pseudodifferential operators naturally associated to a compact manifold X whose boundary is the total space of a fibration. This fits into the setting of boundary fibration structures, and we discuss the corresponding geometric objects. We construct a scale of weighted double-edge Sobolev spaces on which double-edge pseudodifferential operators act as bounded operators, characterize the Fredholm elements in Ψ*,* de(X) by means of the invertibility of an appropriate symbol map, and describe a K-theoretical formula for the Fredholm index extending the Atiyah–Singer formula for closed manifolds. A New Approach of Some Contractive Mappings on Metric Spaces

In this paper, we introduce a new contraction-type mapping and provide a fixed-point theorem which generalizes and improves some existing results in the literature. Thus, we prove that the Boyd and Wong theorem (1969) and, more recently, the fixed-point results due to Wardowski (2012), Turinici (2012), Piri and Kumam (2016), Secelean (2016), Proinov (2020), and others are consequences of our main result. An application in integral equations and some illustrative examples are indicated.

A Path-Integral Approach to the Cameron-Martin-Maruyama-Girsanov Formula Associated to a Bilaplacian

We define the Wiener product on a bosonic Connes space associated to a Bilaplacian and we introduce formal Wiener chaos on the path space. We consider the vacuum distribution on the bosonic Connes space and show that it is related to the heat semigroup associated to the Bilaplacian. We deduce a Cameron-Martin quasi-invariance formula for the heat semigroup associated to the Bilaplacian by using some convenient coherent vector. This paper enters under the Hida-Streit approach of path integral.

A new full descriptive characterization of Denjoy-Perron integral

It is proved that the absolute continuity of the variational measure generated by an additive interval function \(F\) implies the differentiability almost everywhere of the function \(F\) and gives a full descriptive characterization of the Denjoy-Perron integral.

Radon–Nikodým Theorems for Finitely Additive Multimeasures

In this paper we deal with interval multimeasures. We show some Radon–Nikodým theorems for such multimeasures using multivalued Henstock or Henstock–Kurzweil–Pettis derivatives. We do not use the separability assumption in the results.

Integration on Surfaces

We intend to study the integration of a differential k-form over a regular k-surface of class C 1 in \(\mathbb{R}^n\). To begin with, in Sect. 7.1, we undertake the integration over a portion of the surface that is contained in a coordinate neighborhood. Where possible, we will express the obtained results in terms of integration of vector fields. For example, we study the integral of a vector field on a portion of a regular surface in \(\mathbb{R}^3\) and also the integral over a portion of a hypersurface in \(\mathbb{R}^n\). Relations among Gauge and Pettis integrals for cwk(X)-valued multifunctions

The aim of this paper is to study relationships among "gauge integrals" (Henstock, Mc Shane, Birkhoff) and Pettis integral of multifunctions whose values are weakly compact and convex subsets of a general Banach space, not necessarily separable. For this purpose we prove the existence of variationally Henstock integrable selections for variationally Henstock integrable multifunctions. Using this and other known results concerning the existence of selections integrable in the same sense as the corresponding multifunctions, we obtain three decomposition theorems. Gauge integrals and selections of weakly compact valued multifunctions

In the paper Henstock, McShane, Birkhoff and variationally multivalued integrals are studied for multifunctions taking values in the hyperspace of convex and weakly compact subsets of a general Banach space X. In particular the existence of selections integrable in the same sense of the corresponding multifunctions has been considered.

Kurzweil-Henstock type integration on Banach spaces

In this paper properties of Kurzweil-Henstock and Kurzweil-Henstock-Pettis integrals for vector-valued functions are studied. In particular, the absolute integrability for Kurzweil-Henstock integrable functions is characterized and a Kurzweil-Henstock version of the Vitali Theorem for Pettis integrable functions is given.
