Saksa jälleenyhdistyi 3. lokakuuta vuonna 1990, kun Saksan demokraattinen tasavalta (DDR) liitettiin osaksi Saksan liittotasavaltaa. Samalla DDR käytännössä lakkasi olemasta. Saksalaiset olivat joutuneet jo toisen maailmansodan jälkeen käsittelemään vaikeaa kansallissosialistista menneisyyttään. Polimorfo formu izzināšana un iegūšana ir svarīgs posms farmācijā. Stabilākās formas mēdz būt ar trūkumiem, piemēram, zemu biopieejamību, līdz ar to šis medikaments jālieto lielākās devās. Mainot kristālisko struktūru, var optimizēt zāļu vielu parametrus. Līdz šim nav atklāts vispārīgs mehānisms kā varētu kontrolēt polimorfo formu iznākumus. Viens no mehānismiem ir piedevu jeb templātu izmantošana. Pētījumā tiek analizēta 2-3 gadus vecu bērnu krāsu un to nosaukumu apguves sekmēšana ar rotaļas palīdzību pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Vārdu krājuma paplašināšana ir viens no galvenajiem pirmsskolas pedagoga uzdevumiem. Darbā autore atklājusi un analizējusi 2-3 gadus vecu bērnu runas attīstības teorētiskos aspektus, kā arī rotaļu kā runas apguves sekmētāju 2-3 gadus veciem bērniem, izstrādājusi rotaļu kopu krāsu apguves sekmēšanā, izvirzījusi priekšlikumus pedagoģiskā procesa organizēšanā krāsu un to nosaukumu efektīvākai apguvei. Non-photosynthetic vegetation (NPV) has been identified as priority variable in the context of new spaceborne imaging spectroscopy missions. In this study we provide a first attempt to quantify NPV biomass from these unprecedented data streams to be provided by multiple recently launched or planned instruments. A hybrid workflow is proposed including Gaussian process regression (GPR) trained over radiative transfer model (RTM) simulations and applying active learning strategies. Abstract This paper presents an operational chain for high-resolution leaf area index (LAI) retrieval from multiresolution satellite data specifically developed for Mediterranean rice areas. The proposed methodology is based on the inversion of the PROSAIL radiative transfer model through the state-of-the-art nonlinear Gaussian process regression (GPR) method. Landsat and SPOT5 data were used for multitemporal LAI retrievals at high-resolution. Teorētiskajā daļā izskaidrota mediju un reģionālo laikrakstu loma, reprezentācijas jēdziens un aplūkota vērtību teorija. Konteksta uztverei darbu papildina ģimenes jēdziena skaidrojums, informācija par laikrakstu "Saldus Zeme" un tēmas izpētes līmeņa apskats. Empīriskie dati iegūti ar diskursa vēsturisko analīzi un kvantitatīvo kontentanalīzi. Ģimene laikrakstā reprezentēta kā vērtība, kā arī par ģimenes vislielāko vērtību tiek nosaukti bērni. The overall CoCID concept is centred on providing virologists with a next-generation imaging device, which, through increased penetration and depth of focus, as well as through high natural contrast and sensitivity to organelle density (including virus-related organelles), will produce higher-fidelity ultrastructural images of whole intact cells. These insights will, in turn, help increase our understanding of the links between the structural reorganisation of cells and the mechanisms of viral entry, replication, assembly, and egress in cells.
