Diplomdarba “4. klases skolēnu argumentācijas prasmju pilnveide krievu valodas stundās” mērķis ir izpētīt didaktiskās iespējas argumentācijas prasmju pilnveidošanā 4. klases skolēniem, ņemot vērā mūsdienu lingvodidaktikā uzkrāto pieredzi un skolēnu argumentācijas prasmju reālo līmeni. Pētījuma aktualitāti nosaka, ka argumentācijas prasmes ir būtiska cilvēka komunikatīvās kompetences un kultūras daļa. Bakalaura darba autore ir pētījusi arodbiedrību lomu darba tiesiskajās attiecībās. Darbā tiek analizēts kā izpaužas arodbiedrības loma dažādos gadījumos, kā arī tas, kādas ir arodbiedrības regulējuma nepilnības. Pētījuma mērķis ir iegūt padziļinātāku izpratni par arodbiedrību darbību un arodbiedrības regulējuma efektivitāti. Veicot regulējuma analīzi, tika atrastas pretrunas par koplīguma spēkā stāšanās laiku, kā arī, darbā tiek piedāvāti likuma grozījumi un papildinājumi, kas uzlabos darba apstākļus darbiniekiem un nodrošinās darba devējiem iespēju strādāt tikai ar godprātīgiem un kompetentiem darbiniekiem. The predictive capability of parametric and non-parametric models in solving problems related to financial classification has been widely proved in empirical research carried out in the financial field, particulary in problems like bond rating, bankruptcy prediction and credit scoring. Fungal hyphal growth and branching are essential traits that allow fungi to spread and proliferate in many environments. This sustained growth is essential for a myriad of applications in health, agriculture, and industry. However, comparisons between different fungi are difficult in the absence of standardized metrics. Here, we used a microfluidic device featuring four different maze patterns to compare the growth velocity and branching frequency of fourteen filamentous fungi.
