L’objectiu d’aquest estudi és examinar les composicions poètiques aportades per dones als tres certàmens celebrats a València i Barcelona, amb motiu de la beatificació (1614) i posterior canonització (1622) de Teresa de Jesús; dos moments clau per a la consolidació de la fama de la carmelitana avilesa que van possibilitar l’exhibició pública i impressió de poesia femenina. En aquest article volem comentar dos poemes catalans la temàtica dels quals està relacionada amb el simbolisme dels colors. Ambdós es troben a un manuscrit del segle XVII que es conserva a l’Arxiu Municipal de Palma. Per enfocar d’una manera adequada la nostra anàlisi, parlarem breument sobre els significats que en diferents èpoques s’ha atribuït als colors i donarem una sèrie d’exemples per mostrar com ha estat expressada aquesta temàtica, cosa que ens permetrà també donar suport a la nostra interpretació. This study analyzes the repercussions and treatment of the production of the Valencian poet, Vicent Andrés Estellés during exile. It takes as a starting oint different moments and texts both from the post-war period and the sixties and the beginning of the eighties –especially during 1956, a seminal year in the evolution of the author. On the one hand, I have carried out an analysis of intertextual relations with Carles Riba with regard to the referent “Súnion” and its appearance in the Llibre de meravelles. Cuadernos de Agora (1956-1964) was a post-war magazine directed by the poet Concha Lagos. His short story (nearly eight years) was characterized by the independent and participatory spirit, also tended bridges to other magazines outside the Spanish territory, both in Europe and in Latin America. This text present one summary of poetic relationship between Spain and Latin America from the perspective of Cuadernos de Agora.

This book explores the way in which pronominal relations and rhetorical strategies in political discourse determine the relationship speaker/audience, thus conditioning both the discourse organizational structures and the development of ideological content. Public-service provision in clientelist political settlements: Lessons from Ghana's urban water sector

The politics of public-service delivery continues to be neglected under the supposedly more context-sensitive post-Washington Consensus. Using interviews and documentary evidence from Ghana, this article provides an account of the networks of political interference and informal practices in Ghana's public water utility. It argues that, in order to understand why private-sector participation succeeds or fails and why similar arrangements have different outcomes across developing countries, we need to examine the effects of the informal institutional context, particularly the country-specific political settlement in which public-service provision operates.

Šajā diplomdarbā tika pētīta mācību satura un valodas integrētas mācīšanās (CLIL) ietekme uz 12.klases skolēnu angļu valodas leksikas kompetences attīstību mācību priekšmetā “Politika un tiesības”. Autore uzskata, ka CLIL ir jābūt jaunās Latvijas izglītības pieejas būtiskai sastāvdaļai, jo tā nodrošina integrētāku un jēgpilnāku mācīšanos. Gadījuma izpēte tika izvēlēta kā pētniecības metode, un izpētes grupu veidoja 25 12.klases skolēni. Dati, kas tika iegūti no anketām, pirms-testa, pēc-testa un intervijām ar CLIL skolotājiem, tika analizēti, lai novērtētu CLIL ietekmi un CLIL stundas. Po odzyskaniu niepodległości na terenie nowego państwa polskiego obowiązywało pięć różnych systemów prawa cywilnego. Problemem był jednak nie tylko brak jednolitego prawa, lecz także jednolitego języka. Poszczególne dzielnice utrzymywały, że zachowała się u nich najdoskonalsza odmiana polszczyzny. W artykule analizie poddane zostały tłumaczenia kolokacji w urzędowych przekładach niemieckiego prawa rodzinnego, obowiązującego na zachodzie II Rzeczypospolitej celem zbadania, czy miały one wpływ na język współczesny. Dla porównania przeanalizowano także inne systemy prawa rodzinnego obowiązujące w Polsce okresu międzywojennego.
