El artículo que presentamos analiza los elementos diferenciadores de la educación por competencias en traducción jurídica y las exigencias metodológicas en el aula. Mediante una metodología de obtención de datos de carácter cualitativo y cuantitativo, el artículo pretende sondear la realidad en el aula de traducción jurídica en España a través del análisis exhaustivo de las guías docentes del conjunto de módulos ofertados en traducción jurídica. Family- and classroom-related factors and mother–kindergarten teacher trust in Estonia and Finland

This study examined the role of family-related (mother’s education, depressive symptoms and child’s gender) and kindergarten-related (teacher’s experience, teaching practices and class size) factors in mothers’ and teachers’ mutual trust in Estonia and Finland. Six hundred eighteen (206 Estonian and 412 Finnish) mothers of kindergarten children and their teachers (26 Estonian, 49 Finnish) were participated in the study. Teaching classic put to the test: Do tongue twisters work for L2 pronunciation?

Tongue twisters are a controversial pronunciation teaching classic. Whereas some see tongue twisters difficult and frustrating for learners, others find them fun and motivating. This study was inspired by these opposing views and the fact that previous studies have failed to offer convincing proof of whether this technique works for L2 pronunciation learning.
