The present work considers the study and the juridical consequences of the transition from minority to adulthood in the former Kingdom of Valencia. More specifi cally, it addresses issues such as the necessary presence of the tutor or guardian of the minor, his juridical incapacity or the prohibitions to which they were subjected. Duże nasycenie terminologią, użycie wyrażeń nominalnych i inne charakterystyczne dla języka fachowego cechy sprawiają, że jest odbierany jako bardziej konkretny, precyzyjny i ekonomiczny. W rozdziale podjęto próbę kompaktowej prezentacji specyfiki składni niemieckojęzycznych tekstów fachowych i najważniejszych tendencji w niej obserwowanych. This dissertation focuses on Finnish language learning opportunities in cleaning work, which is the most common job for immigrants in Finland. The study investigates what opportunities and constraints there are for Finnish language learning in cleaning work, how a work community supports language learning, and what factors facilitate or constrain investment in language learning at work. Language learning opportunities are explored from an ecological approach as affordances – the reciprocal relations between an individual and his/her social and physical environment. Vžyvannja form v Ukrajini i na Ukrajini u periodyčnych vydannjach rusyniv Bačky i Sremu u mižvojennyj period

This paper analyzes the use of the preposition u and na in locative constructions with the term Ukraine in the language of Rusyns from Bačka and Syrmia in the 20-30s of the XX century. The following periodicals were taken into consideration: the newspaper “Ruski Novini” of the Rusyns Society for Education and the newspaper “Zarja” and “Kalendar - Zarja” of the Cultural and Educational Union of the Rusyns of Yugoslavia. The use of both prepositions before the specified term is attested, and that is in line with the Ukrainian linguistic tradition. The use of these prepositions in locative constructions with terms Podkarpatska Rus, Karpatska Ukrajina and Hornitsa is also considered.

This dissertation focuses on the development of the agency and professional Finnish language skills of international nursing students studying in an English-medium degree program in Finland. The study draws on sociocognitive and ecological perspectives to examine the social nature of language and its use. This ethnographic theoretical-methodological orientation helps to analyze both subjectively experienced and collectively emergent factors. Ordered fuzzy rules generation based on incremental dataset

This paper proposes a novel approach for building transparent knowledge-based systems by generating interpretable fuzzy rules that allow for present dependences between quantitative variables by accounting for uncertainty and the dynamics of their values. In the approach, IF-THEN rules are used to show the conditional relationship between the ordered fuzzy numbers, which contain additional information about the tendencies of variables' value changes. This paper elaborates an approach of mining ordered fuzzy rules from numerical data included in an incremental database.
