Reliability of manual segmentation of cornea, contact lens and tear film using a high-resolution OCT

In this study, we aimed to evaluate the intra/inter-session and intra/inter-observer variability of manual segmentation of thickness of the pre-lens tear film, contact lens (CL), post-lens tear film, epithelium, bowman’s layer, stroma and the whole cornea and CLs with a flat and a steep fit, using a commercial high-resolution spectral domain optical coherence tomographer (OCT). Two different observers obtained three repeated measures in two separate sessions. Manual therapy (MT) is a passive, skilled movement applied by clinicians that directly or indirectly targets a variety of anatomical structures or systems, which is utilized with the intent to create beneficial changes in some aspect of the patient pain experience. This paper discusses the idea that the gap regarding the dowry in Gaius’ Institutes is due to the fact that Gaius intentionally did not deal with this subject because he considered it as 'ius singulare' and that this omission was filled in by a 'liber singularis' outside the Institutes. The existence of a "didactic system" made up of the Gaius’ Institutes and four 'libri singulares' for the classical age of Roman Law is also disputed.

Introduction: Physiotherapy treatment is a common intervention for low back pain (LBP) patients. These interventions have been related to physiological effects in the central nervous system. Thus, the aim of this study was to analyze the effect of physiotherapy treatment in patients with LBP in the autonomic nervous system activation and subjective pain perception of patients.
