[EN] The main purpose of the DEBATMITAL project is to increase the participation of students in the practical session on "Myths of Food" that is part of the optional subject “Nutrition and Dietetics" of the degree in Medicine of the University of Valencia. In front of the master class, which was basically the tool used in previous courses, students are organized into discussion groups to debate some food-related statements commonly heard. The assessment that students make of this initiative is very positive. The Regionalization of National Input–Output Tables: A Review of the Performance of Two Key Non-survey Methods

This chapter reviews the available empirical evidence on the performance of Flegg’s location quotient (FLQ) and Kronenberg’s Cross-Hauling Adjusted Regionalization Method (CHARM), a relatively new non-survey technique that accounts explicitly for cross-hauling when constructing regional input–output tables. The performance of the FLQ and related formulae is evaluated using official data for 20 Finnish and 16 South Korean regions. The results confirm previous findings that the FLQ can produce far more accurate estimates of regional output multipliers than can simpler LQ-based formulae such as the SLQ and CILQ. Cette étude évalue la discrimination dans l’accès à l’emploi dans trois professions présentes à la fois dans le secteur privé et dans la Fonction Publique. Deux dimensions sont examinées : l’effet de la réputation du lieu de résidence et l’effet de l’origine maghrébine. Elle est réalisée sur données expérimentales de testing réalisé dans trois professions en tension pour lesquelles la discrimination devrait a priori être très réduite : les responsables administratifs de catégorie A, les techniciens de maintenance de catégorie B et les aides soignantes de catégorie C.
