The migration–tourism nexus in the EU28

This study explores the nexus between tourism and migration on an intra-European scale over the period 2000–2015. Complex-network analysis and gravity models were the investigation methods preferred. For each year under study, we built two country-to-country networks to map and reveal the connections between states as shaped by migration stocks and tourism flows, respectively. Then, the main determinants of the correlation patterns between the two networks were investigated by several econometric analysis. Simulation of Fatigue Delamination Growth in Composites with Different Mode Mixtures

A numerical model, obtained by implementing a cyclic damage model in the framework of an interface element, is here proposed to reproduce the crack growth in laminated composites subjected to cyclically repeated loads. This model, which differs from the few studies in the literature on the topic, applies not only to single fracture modes but also to mixed modes, and to constant or variable crack growth rates. The applied load (in terms of force or displacement) is assumed to oscillate between a minimum and a maximum constant value. Viens no civilprocesa pamatprincipiem ir sacīkstes princips, atbilstoši kuram puses savas procesuālās tiesības īsteno sacīkstes formā, kas attiecībā uz prasītāju īstenojas arī tajā, ka viņš izvēlas, kādu prasību tiesā celt un kādā materiāltiesiskā tvērumā prasības pieteikumā norādītos apstākļus ietvert. Līdz ar to autore nepiekrīt judikatūrā atzītajam, ka prasības pamats ir nevis tiesību norma, bet gan faktiskie apstākļi, kuri rada prasījumu.
