Sintētisko miRNS ietekme uz zarnu mikrobioma kompozīciju 2. tipa cukura diabēta peļu modelī

Zarnu mikrobioma kompozīcijas izmaiņas tiek asociētas ar dažādām slimībām, tostarp otrā tipa cukura diabētu (T2D). Interese par T2D ārstēšanu, regulējot mikrobiomu, ir strauji augusi. Ir pierādīts, ka miRNS spēj tieši saistīties pie baktērijām, tādējādi ietekmējot to sastopamību. Lai noskaidrotu, vai un kā miRNS ietekmē mikrobioma sastāvu un diabēta izpausmes diētas ierosinātā T2D peļu modelī, tām tika orāli nodrošināta nedēļu ilga dažādu miRNS terapija, kam sekoja fēču metagenoma sekvencēšana. Pelēm, kas saņēma paaugstināta tauku satura barību, miRNS terapijas ietekmē izmainījās zarnu mikrobioma kompozīcija. Frailty is an aging-related pathology, defined as a state of increased vulnerability to stressors, leading to a limited capacity to meet homeostatic demands. Extracellular microRNAs (miRNAs) were proposed as potential biomarkers of various disease conditions, including age-related pathologies. The primary objective of this study was to identify blood miRNAs that could serve as potential biomarkers and candidate mechanisms of frailty. Using the Fried index, we enrolled 22 robust and 19 frail subjects. Blood and urine samples were analysed for several biochemical parameters. Conservation resource allocation involves a complex set of considerations including species, habitats, connectivity, local to global biodiversity objectives, alternative protection and restoration actions, while requiring cost-efficiency and effective implementation. We present a national scale spatial conservation prioritization analysis for complementing the network of protected mires in Finland. We show how spatial prioritization coupled with regional targets and expert knowledge can facilitate structured decision-making. Kontekstem badań było to, że różni komentatorzy Księgi Ezechiela proponują różniące się między sobą struktury badanych tekstów. Większość z nich pracowała (nadal pracuje) metodami diachronicznymi. Zazwyczaj ci autorzy układają wersy w grupy i tym grupom nadają tytuły. Dlatego celem badań stało się odkrycie struktur opartych o wersy tekstu biblijnego. Można wtedy wskazać konkretne wersy (lub ich części, człony), których użył starożytny autor natchniony. El síndrome de la muerte súbita del lactante (SMSL) define la muerte súbita de un niño menor de un año de edad, que ocurre aparentemente durante el sueño y que permanece sin explicación después de la realización de una minuciosa investigación postmortem, que incluye la autopsia completa, la investigación de las circunstancias de la muerte y la revisión de la historia clínica. Epilepsy is estimated to affect about 65 million individuals worldwide, with up to 30 percent of drug-resistant patients who do not have remission despite appropriate therapy with antiepileptic drugs (AEDs). Therefore, it is important to distinguish drug-resistant epilepsy early in the course of disease to start a specific therapeutical approach as soon as possible.
