Yrittäjän vapaus hoivapalveluissa : tutkimus hoivayrittäjien praktisesta vapaudesta

Tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli analysoida yrittäjän vapautta hoivan tuottamisessa yhteiskuntafilosofisesta näkökulmasta. Tutkimuksen käsitteellinen konteksti rakentui hoivasta yrittäjyyden toimialana, jossa hoivaa jäsennettiin palveluna ja markkinaistuneena tuotteena. Tutkimuksen teoreettiset käsitteet muodostuivat Hegelin oikeusfilosofiaan perustuvista praktisen vapauden ulottuvuuksista, joita täydennettiin Berlinin negatiivisen ja positiivisen vapauden käsitteillä. Activities that undermine information security such as noncompliance with information security policies raise moral concerns since they can expose valuable information assets. Existing research shows that moral reflection could play an inhibitory role in one’s decision to undermine information security. The following paper analyzes the problem of social cooperation in the provision of a public good from an evolutionary perspective. To this end we depart from behavioral programs as the basic building block for modeling individuals in the social interaction, which is based on a generalized prisoners dilemma. In it, a population of individuals follow a conditional cooperative program, which some authors refer as to morality, and that we will show that is equivalent to the application of the principle of reciprocity. In this paper I propose to question the Joshua Greene’s neuroethical thesis about the essentially emotional character of so-called “deontological moral judgments”. Frist, I focus on the dual process theory of moral judgment and I criticize that they are considered only and mainly intuitive and non reflective. Se condly, I question that the “utilitarian judgment” is linked to mathematical calculation and the deontological judgment is exclusively reduced to non-reflective factor of emotion.
