sono stati sviluppati sistemi nanoparticellari in grado di intrappolare elevate quantità di farmaci e di legare materiale genico. I sistemi preparati sono stati caratterizzati da un punto di vista chimico-fisico e tecnologico farmaceutico. Sono stati infine utilizzati per prove in vitro e i risultati ottenuti hanno mostrato che essi possiedono le caratteristiche per potere essere considerati dei validi carrier per farmaci e materiale genico nel trattamento oncologico.

Need for closure moderates the break in the message effect

Abstract Cutting the message into smaller portions is a common practice in the media. Typically such messages consist of a headline followed by a story elaboration. In a series of studies Dolinski and Kofta (2001) have shown that such a break in the message increases the effect of the information provided in the headline over that of a story which actually contained information inconsistent with that headline. A possible explanation of this effect, based on the concept of the need for cognitive closure, is presented in the article. The experiment shows the break-in-the-message effect is found mainly for participants with high need for closure but not for those with low such need.

A dieci anni dall’uscita di The Concept of Law, Alfonso Catania pubblica, sulla prestigiosa Rivista internazionale di filosofia del diritto, un saggio critico dal titolo: L’accettazione nel pensiero di Herbert L. A. Hart. Si tratta di un saggio meritatamente celebre, di cui è difficile esagerare l’impatto oggettivo e anche soggettivo. In questo saggioproporrò una ricostruzione delle tesi salienti del saggio di Catania del 1971 e, a partire da questa ricostruzione, metterò finalmente in bella forma alcune delle mie “osservazioni a margine” che si sono sedimentate nel corso degli anni sulla mia fotocopia, ormai lisa, de L’accettazione del diritto nel pensiero di Herbert L. Normativity, moral realism, and unmasking explanations

Moral Projectivism must be able to specify under what conditions a certain inner response counts as a moral response. I argue, however, that moral projectivists cannot coherently do so because they must assume that there are moral properties in the world in order to fix the content of our moral judgements. To show this, I develop a number of arguments against moral dispositionalism, which is, nowadays, the most prom- ising version of moral projectivism. In this context, I call into question both David Lewis' dispositionalist account of colour and Chistine Korsgaard's procedural realism.

Staram się pokazać, że idee autora Metapolityki są dla nas nadal aktualne i mogą nam pomóc lepiej zrozumieć ludzką ewolucję i nasze przeznaczenie.W swoich pismach Hoene-Wroński odważnie podważył wyłaniający się z nauki nowożytnej deterministyczny obraz świata oraz wyprowadził ludzką ewolucję z rozwoju moralnego i rozumowego człowieka. Analizuję siedem etapów ewolucji, jakie przedstawia. Twierdzę, że jego koncepcja ewolucji ludzkości znajduje poparcie w nowych teoriach naukowych, zwłaszcza w teorii kwantów oraz nowych perspektywach myśli, które otwiera.
