The effect of reshoring announcement on company share price

The reshoring trend has gained momentum among manufacturing companies, which increasingly decide to relocate their production activities back to their home country. In this article, we explore the relationship between the motivations guiding the decision to reshore and the companies’ shareholder value. Particularly, taking an eclectic paradigm perspective, we aim to understand whether the motivations driving the companies’ decisions to reshore explain changes in the shareholder value. Human Duties and Rights in an Intercultural Perspective

This paper reflects on the possibility of opening new ways of revaluing the role of human responsibilities and duties by establishing a relationship with rights that goes further than a simple correspondence between correlative terms. Approaching the interdependence between the language of rights and the language of duties from an intercultural perspective helps achieve an increasingly broader, but necessarily more complex, consensus. This analysis goes back to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which left duties in the background but showed the incipient presence of an intercultural purpose thanks to the work of UNESCO. This study concerns the issues of league regulations related to the legal problem of insolvency of football clubs in the context of licenses to participate in competitions. The study presents a brief description of modern European football, including the phenomenon of financial oligarchization of sport, and uneven redistribution of the benefits of sport. The aim was to assess the association between total olive oil intake, its varieties (extra virgin and common olive oil) and the risk of cardiovascular disease and mortality in a Mediterranean population at high cardiovascular risk.

The structure of the Chapter is as follows. In Section 2 I discuss some of the factors that may have played a role in causing the crisis and emphasise that supporters of different economic theories will assign different weights to each factor in their analyses. As a consequence, suggested economic policies are highly sensitive to the economic theory employed in evaluating the set of causes. In Section 3 I seek to defend economists from the common charge that their inability to foresee the crisis is a clear sign of the lack of scientific status of their discipline.
