We believe it is fair to characterize FXRM, on the whole, as a legacy activity rather than something that reflects a realistic cost-benefit analysis at the enterprise-level. Prison officer students’ perceptions of persons convicted of sexual crimes

This study investigated the dimensionality of the Perception of Sex Offenders scale among prison officer students in Norway, and whether the students’ perceptions of this group of prisoners changed during their theoretical education and 1-year practical training. The target sample comprised a full cohort of freshman prison officer students, and two waves of data collection were conducted. The response rate was 94 percent ( n = 188) at time 1 (T1) and 64 percent ( n = 112) at time 2 (T2). Purpose The purpose of this paper is to conceptualise how the chief executive officer (CEO) and chairperson of the board (Chair) construct their relationship through their leadership practices, and to analyse the meaning of these practices to the relationship. L'articolo propone una riflessione sugli studi inerenti al benessere organizzativo nel nostro Paese, e un'analisi secondaria sul questionario per la valutazione del Benessere organizzativo nella pubblica amministrazione italiana CIVIT/ANAC realizzata tra il personale tecnico amministrativo di alcuni atenei italiani, con tre obiettivi: confrontare le dimensioni del benessere incluse nel questionario con i fattori considerati nei più noti modelli che in letteratura hanno definito il costrutto del benessere al lavoro; controllare attendibilità e validità dello strumento; identificare la struttura semantica soggiacente alle risposte, prescindendo dall'impostazione precostituita del questionario.

This paper presents a study on the improvement of postal system in the city of Sibiu where there are a number of three post offices that serve a number of eight counters, to which are added the distribution point and the collection point. Each post office has a well-established work schedule that differs from one office to another.
