Existing research on information technology (IT) use has shown that post- adoptive technology use is not a stable but a dynamic phenomenon in which users apply various adaptation behaviors. Users reshape the technology (IT adaptation), adjust their work routines (task adaptation), and change their own behavior (user adaptation) according to the changes induced by IT. Atomic layer deposition (ALD), a gas-phase thin film deposition technique based on repeated, self-terminating gas-solid reactions, has become the method of choice in semiconductor manufacturing and many other technological areas for depositing thin conformal inorganic material layers for various applications. L'elemento doveva appartenere all'apparato decorativo di una chiesa, è databile al V-VI secolo d.C. E' decorato con croci ed elementi vegetali e presenta anche il tema, non comune, dei serpenti che affiancano la croce.
