Efeitos das práticas verdes na lealdade: proposta de um modelo para o segmento hoteleiro colombiano

Resumen El propósito de este estudio fue analizar la incidencia de las prácticas verdes como impulsoras para generar confianza, satisfacción y lealtad en los huéspedes. Para ello, a partir de una muestra de 302 huéspedes de hoteles en Bogotá, Colombia, se estimó un modelo de ecuaciones estructurales a través de la regresión de mínimos cuadrados parciales. Los resultados obtenidos evidencian que las prácticas sostenibles contribuyen al aumento de la confianza y la satisfacción de los huéspedes, y que estas, a su vez, influyen positivamente en su lealtad hacia el hotel. Highlights • The Covid-19 pandemic is a rare opportunity to examine some fundamental aspects of IM and IS research and practice. • There are at least three areas where the pandemic has impacted practice: information management, work practices and design of technologies. • The IS discipline has appropriate methods and theories to study the design of technologies and social interactions. • Concepts such as “social distancing” that has emerged in the pandemic need to be studied through philosophical premises. • The IM practices that emerge after the pandemic is over, will be shaped by how well we seize the opportunity to learn from the pandemic.

[ES] En el presente trabajo presentamos un proyecto de biología sintética de nivel profesional adaptado a estudiantes de primer curso. Describimos las adaptaciones necesarias para hacerlo asequible para unas prácticas de laboratorio, tanto a nivel pedagógico como en cuanto a la viabilidad económica de los materiales utilizados. El proyecto pretende la motivación de los estudiantes del Grado en Biotecnología mediante la introducción temprana de la actividad profesional real en biomedicina, así como la adquisición de una serie de competencias del trabajo práctico en el laboratorio imprescindibles para el biotecnólogo en formación.

[EN] University students of experimental sciences degrees usually go to the laboratory of practices without having prepared the corresponding activity. This fact leads to a poor preparation of them translated into an effective loss of time available for experimentation, and a reduced acquisition of knowledge and skills, among other aspects. In order to solve this problem, in the present communication, the use of on-line questionnaires using the Socrative platform is described to be used as a prior evaluation system to access the laboratory. [ES] Como sustitución de la clase magistral, en la sesión dedicada a tratar las características de “dietas occidentales de moda” de la asignatura optativa 34493-Alimentación y Dietética del Grado en Medicina de la Universitat de Valencia, se utilizaron infografías previamente diseñadas por los estudiantes. Con esta iniciativa se pretendía mejorar la participación del alumnado en la asignatura, además de profundizar en la materia, mejorar sus habilidades digitales y de búsqueda y síntesis de información. [EN] The so-called “threshold concepts” are present in all areas of study. Its acquisition by the student represents a milestone in the advancement of the conceptual understanding of a subject. They are often difficult to learn, but when they are overcome they generate a reconceptualization that allows progress and deepening in the subject of study. We present an activity designed to develop a key threshold concept in pharmacology, the drug discovery process. To do this, we develop a practical laboratory project that will integrate both the extraction and search for active ingredients and the simulation of some aspects of their clinical trials in the phase I.
