The close relationship with facts represents the clearest sign of law’s historical authenticity, which appears, accross centuries, under several forms and dimensions. From the combination of various dichotomies arises the idea of law as social phenomenon, having not much aptitude for “solidification” processes. The historical perspective, from the Middle Ages to the Twentieth Century, gives an important contribute to grasp this ontological condition of law.

L’ASK - Test di Pensiero Inferenziale fornisce una valutazione attitudinale delle abilità legate alla capacità di interpretare in maniera appropriata informazioni di diversi livelli di complessità allo scopo di derivarne delle conclusioni logiche. Il report è suddiviso nelle seguenti sezioni: 1. Profilo grafico: vengono riportati in forma numerica e grafica i risultati ottenuti dal soggetto alle singole prove e il punteggio generale di pensiero inferenziale. 2. Commento interpretativo: un commento, in forma narrativa, dell’abilità di pensiero inferenziale espressa dal soggetto, così come emerge dal test.

The digital model, continuously swing- ing in motions of History, Representation and Design, is the catalyst of the representation, the starting point for the construction of new images of possible architectures. The drawing is a knowledge process hat intervenes both on the field of project making and processing, and on that of interpretation and critical analysis of the work. The redrawing of Église pour Bologne wants to reconstruct the path that those ‘eyes’ had seen to fornent knowledge of an architecture of which remain few graphics clues.

El presente estudio pretende resolver la controversia en torno a la identidad y procedencia del poeta Filóxeno, célebre ditirambógrafo del siglo V-IV a.C. Para ello, hemos recopilado todos los testimonios que citan a personajes con el nombre de Filóxeno desde la primera mención de Aristófanes. La investigación ha revelado que existen varios individuos con el mismo nombre y rasgos comunes. No obstante, el examen de estos testimonios revela la existencia de un único autor de ditirambos: Filóxeno de Citera. Surrogacy relationships: a critical interpretative review

Abstract Based on a critical interpretative review of existing qualitative research investigating accounts of ‘lived experience’ of surrogates and intended parents from a relational perspective, this article proposes a typology of surrogacy arrangements. The review is based on the analysis of 39 articles, which belong to a range of different disciplines (mostly sociology, social psychology, anthropology, ethnology, and gender studies). The number of interviews in each study range from as few as seven to over one hundred.
