Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to introduce a measurement system with performance indicators to improve organizational learning about crisis communication by public organizations. The tool can be used to conduct a preparedness audit or to evaluate communication performance in a real situation or in an emergency exercise. Evaluation is part of the strategic planning and development of crisis communication. Synergy and social orientation as quality dimensions for the future communication policy

In this paper it is argued, that nowadays synergy as a quality dimension for communication management needs to be balanced with social orientation. The inner-directedness needed for synergy should not lead to a rigid control. It needs to be balanced with outer-directedness in a continuous dialogue for the organization to be able to connect to the multiple stakeholders that are important for its functioning in today’s society. Przedmiotem glosy jest wyrok Naczelnego Sądu Administracyjnego z 8.01.2020 r., I OSK 2392/19, w którym przyjęto tezę, że art. 17 ust. 5 pkt 1 lit. a ustawy o świadczeniach rodzinnych prawidłowo zinterpretowany powinien być w ten sposób rozumiany, iż pozbawia prawa do świadczenia pielęgnacyjnego tylko do wysokości otrzymywanej emerytury. Celem pracy było rozpoznanie wpływu zanieczyszczeń komunikacyjnych na glebę i roślinność uprawnianą przy pasie drogowym. Zanieczyszczenia te, to nie tylko spaliny, ale również pyły powstające w wyniku tarcia opon o nawierzchnie drogi, płyny wyciekające z nieszczelnych instalacji oraz śmieci wyrzucane przez kierowców w trakcie jazdy. Roślina bytująca w takim środowisku, jest narażona na liczne stresy i uszkodzenia. Budując zbiornik wodny, oprócz zagadnień ilościowych wody, należy także wziąć pod uwagę jakość wody, która będzie retencjonowana w zbiorniku. Często wykorzystaniu zbiornika, jak i jego istnieniu, mogą zagrozić zanieczyszczenia dopływające do niego głównie z wodą i rumowiskiem. Ważne są badania monitoringowe w zlewniach rzek na których zamierza się budować małe zbiorniki wodne, ponieważ w tych zlewniach najczęściej nie prowadzi się badań jakości wody. Inferring phytoplankton community composition with a fatty acid mixing model

Abstract. The taxon specificity of fatty acid composition in algal classes suggests that fatty acids could be used as chemotaxonomic markers for phytoplankton composition. The applicability of phospholipid-derived fatty acids as chemotaxonomic markers for phytoplankton composition was evaluated by using a Bayesian fatty acid-based mixing model. Social inequalities of educational careers are stronger in France than in the US, while most of the other indicators of equity are roughly equal. This can be related to the existence of paths in the French educational system, which do not exist in the more comprehensive american systems. More deeply, it can be related to the fact that equity in the US is conceived as fairness of the process of empowerment of students while it is conceived in France as the independence of the educational merit with the social capital.

Our objective is to encourage the human-computer interface designers to be more interested in the uses made of their product by taking into account to a higher degree the human-factor in the testing phase which often is too focused on technical aspects. We want to facilitate the integration of the user as a source of evaluation during the testing phase. Our aim is to offer the designer a software environment of practical tests that allow them to have their own products evaluated by their users. We undertook an experiment to explore the feasibility of this project.
