Globalization with its many side-effects on working life is seen to pose accentuated risks especially for women and low skilled workers – resulting in increasing polarization of job quality. In contrast to “universal theories”, institutional theories claim changes in work life might vary according to the institutional and cultural frameworks which mediate the global pressures of change. Synergy and social orientation as quality dimensions for the future communication policy

In this paper it is argued, that nowadays synergy as a quality dimension for communication management needs to be balanced with social orientation. The inner-directedness needed for synergy should not lead to a rigid control. It needs to be balanced with outer-directedness in a continuous dialogue for the organization to be able to connect to the multiple stakeholders that are important for its functioning in today’s society. Celem pracy było rozpoznanie wpływu zanieczyszczeń komunikacyjnych na glebę i roślinność uprawnianą przy pasie drogowym. Zanieczyszczenia te, to nie tylko spaliny, ale również pyły powstające w wyniku tarcia opon o nawierzchnie drogi, płyny wyciekające z nieszczelnych instalacji oraz śmieci wyrzucane przez kierowców w trakcie jazdy. Budując zbiornik wodny, oprócz zagadnień ilościowych wody, należy także wziąć pod uwagę jakość wody, która będzie retencjonowana w zbiorniku. Często wykorzystaniu zbiornika, jak i jego istnieniu, mogą zagrozić zanieczyszczenia dopływające do niego głównie z wodą i rumowiskiem. Inferring phytoplankton community composition with a fatty acid mixing model

Abstract. The taxon specificity of fatty acid composition in algal classes suggests that fatty acids could be used as chemotaxonomic markers for phytoplankton composition. The applicability of phospholipid-derived fatty acids as chemotaxonomic markers for phytoplankton composition was evaluated by using a Bayesian fatty acid-based mixing model. Social inequalities of educational careers are stronger in France than in the US, while most of the other indicators of equity are roughly equal. This can be related to the existence of paths in the French educational system, which do not exist in the more comprehensive american systems. More deeply, it can be related to the fact that equity in the US is conceived as fairness of the process of empowerment of students while it is conceived in France as the independence of the educational merit with the social capital.
