Izvēle starp viedierīču lietošanu un attiecību spēlēm un tās saistība ar bērna temperamentu un vecāku audzināšanas pieeju

Šī maģistra darba mērķis ir pētīt, bērna izvēli starp spēli viedierīcē un attiecību spēli un tās saistību ar bērna temperamentu un vecāku audzināšanas pieeju. Pētījumā piedalījās 35 mātes un 35 bērni vecumā no 6 līdz 7 gadiem. Pētījuma dalībnieki piedalījās novērojumā, lai noteiktu bērna izvēli starp spēli viedierīcē un attiecību spēli. Pētījuma dalībnieki aizpildīja Bērna temperamenta aptauju (ļoti īsā forma) un Ģentes audzināšanas aptauju- vecāku versija (Ghent Parental Behavior Scale (GPBS)), (Van Leeuwen et.al., 2004). Bērnu temperamenta, audzināšanas pieeju un vecāku stresa saistība pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu mātēm

Maģistra darba mērķis bija izpētīt, kādas saistības pastāv starp bērnu temperamentu, audzināšanas pieejām un vecāku stresa līmeni pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu mātēm, kā arī noskaidrot cik lielā mērā bērna temperaments un vecāku audzināšanas pieejas izskaidro vecāku stresu. Pētījuma izlase ir 760 mātes, vecumā no 21-49 gadiem (M=33,07, SD=5,47), kurām ir bērns pirmsskolas vecumā no 3 līdz 6 gadiem. Bērnu, par kuriem mātes sniedza savu novērtējumu, vidējais vecums M=4,40 (SD=1,12), bērna dzimums: meitenes – 51,9%; zēni – 48,1%. La presente tesis doctoral aborda la consideración del auto calderoniano "El Maestrazgo del Tusón" (1659) en su doble vertiente de texto literario y texto espectacular, facetas inseparables en el análisis de todo texto dramático. El trabajo se ha estructurado en dos partes, de acuerdo con los objetivos perseguidos. A system to monitor the main ambient parameters in the vineyard with wireless sensors

Wireless technologies have been under rapid development during recent years but applications of wireless sensors in agriculture and food industry are still rare. The aim of this study is to monitor the micro-climate of the grapevine in order to monitor the adversities of the spring period reducing the operating costs of the vineyard and increasing the quality of grapes. At this purpose a Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) was used. Furthermore, a comparison was performed between the data measured by the wireless sensors and the data provided by the fixed meteorological station of the Regione Siciliana (SIAS).

The repat gene family encodes midgut proteins overexpressed in response to pathogen infection in the lepidopteran Spodoptera exigua. Up-regulation of repat genes has been observed after challenging the larvae with both Bacillus thuringiensis toxins and after infection with the baculovirus Autographa californica multiple nucleopolyhedrovirus. In our study, PCR amplification of the genomic region and genome walking were used to obtain the genomic structure and the sequence of the 5'-upstream region of repat1 and repat2, two of the most phylogenetically distant members of the repat family. ABSTRACT The genome sequence of a Bacillus anthracis -specific clear plaque mutant phage, AP50c, contains 31 open reading frames spanning 14,398 bp, has two mutations compared to wild-type AP50t, and has a colinear genome architecture highly similar to that of gram-positive Tectiviridae phages. Spontaneous AP50c-resistant B. anthracis mutants exhibit a mucoid colony phenotype.
