Reconfiguration du modèle conjugal à l'heure de l'hyperconnectivité : TIC et territoires de l'intime
2014
Online devices are part of our daily lives, fundamentally changing our habits and practices, especially as regards relationships as well as interpersonal and social communication. In this doctoral research, the aim was to analyse the ways in which Information and CommunicationTechnologies (ICTs) have somehow ‘reshaped’ the traditional conjugal model.Indeed, more than just technical devices, ICTs are communicational and even ‘transitional’devices. They are means of strategies and issues within the couple and the family. Theseincreasingly nomadic technologies question the couple regarding its foundations. First ofall, the phenomenon of hyper connectivity (or ‘continuous connectivity’) creates a…

Safety and side effects of human and ovine corticotropin-releasing hormone administration in man.
1991
Synthetic human and ovine corticotropin-releasing hormone (hCRH, oCRH) are commonly used as a diagnostic tool of the hypothalamo-pituitary-adrenal axis. In this paper reports about side effects after various modes of CRH-application are analyzed and compared to our corresponding data of human studies with hCRH and oCRH. Generally, CRH is well tolerated after single administration and interval-application of standard doses, although minor side effects appear sometimes after higher doses (greater than 200 micrograms hCRH, oCRH) of CRH-bolus-injections. Predominantly the cardiovascular system (e.g. tachycardia, hypotension, flushing) is affected; neuropsychological symptoms are only seen spora…
Identification and dose dependency of ibuprofen biliary metabolites in rainbow trout
2012
Abstract The biotransformation of the anti-inflammatory drug ibuprofen (IBF) was studied by exposing rainbow trout ( Oncorhynchus mykiss ) to IBF via intraperitoneal (i.p.) injection, and via water at four (0.17, 1.9, 13 and 145 μg L −1 ) exposure levels for 4 d. Following exposure, the bile was collected and analyzed by LC–MS/MS methods. The identification of the formed metabolites in i.p. injected fish bile was based on the exact mass determinations by a time-of-flight mass analyzer (Q–TOF–MS) and on the studies of fragments and fragmentation patterns of precursor ions by ion trap mass analyzer (IT-MS). In addition to unmetabolized IBF, several phase I and phase II metabolites were found …
Obruchevacanthus ireneae gen. et sp. nov., a new ischnacanthiform (Acanthodii) from the Lower Devonian of Spain
2014
New disarticulated material of typically ischnacanthid scales, tooth whorls, and ?dentigerous jaw bones that occur recurrently together at many levels of the Lower Devonian of the Iberian Chain (Spain) is described. Based on their stratigraphical occurrence, histological evidence and comparison with similar ischnacanthid assemblages from other localities, we suggest including all of these remains in a unique natural assemblage, Obruchevacanthus ireneae gen. et sp. nov. This new taxon shares some features with Trundlelepis cervicostulata from the Lower Devonian of New South Wales (Australia), as for example the presence of a poorly developed pore canal system in their scales. This feature su…
Emozioni e relazione educativa nella scuola secondaria. Saggi sulle competenze degli insegnanti
2021
Teacher education has long been at the heart of pedagogical research. However, especially if we consider the recent Italian pedagogical research, we observe that most of the attention has been devoted to disciplinary and didactic skills, which are a necessary but not sufficient condition for the acquisition of an adequate professional profile. Especially for secondary school this gap is evident: while the training paths of educators, primary school and kindergarten teachers include a specific and broad pedagogical attention to the care of relationships and therefore to emotional competence, this is not the case in the current training paths of secondary school teachers nor in specialization…

Digital collaboration inside and outside educational systems
2015
This article takes its outset in findings from an ongoing research project investigating the use of digital and multimodal resources in teacher education (TE) in Norway. The material studied is mandatory assignments in different courses in TE, asking how teacher students collaborate through digital media in their production of texts for learning, and how the design of these literacy practices can be influenced through the teachers’ design of the assignments. In focus group interviews the researchers found that the students preferred organizing collaborative processes through Facebook groups rather than through the university’s learning management system. This created a space between formal…
Implementation of TICs for the Virtual Learning of Literary Subjects: From Aula Virtual to OCW and Universia
2016
Within the current European Convergence Process and the development of the new University degrees, a compromise has been reached to adapt the English Studies (before English Philology) curricula to the current needs of students in a highly competitive society. The final goal is to transform our education system into one of learning. This actually implies that the student must engage himself more closely with the university and that he may lead his coursework in a more autonomous way, backed up by more active educational strategies, such as the personalised tutoring guide, the use of the new technologies, and the team work.
