Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot vai pastāv saistība starp homonegativitātes līmeni heteroseksuāliem un neheteroseksuāliem indivīdiem ar priekšstatiem par profesijas piemērotību indivīdiem ar neheteroseksuālu orientāciju, kā arī noskaidrot, vai pastāv statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības starp pretendentu kategoriju vērtējumiem atkarībā no pretendentiem piedēvētās seksuālās orientācijas, vērtētāja seksuālās orientācijas un šo mainīgo mijiedarbības. Pētījuma izlase ir 96 cilvēki, no kuriem 25 ir vīrieši, 71 – sieviete, 56 ir heteroseksuāli indivīdi, 40 – neheteroseksuāli. Supermesityl selenium diimide [Se{N(C6H2tBu3-2, 4, 6)}2; Se{N(mes*)}2] can be prepared in a good yield from the reaction of SeCl4 and (mes*)NHLi. The molecule adopts an unprecedented anti, anti-conformation, as deduced by DFT calculations at PBE0/TZVP level of theory and supported by 77Se NMR spectroscopy and a crystal structure determination. An analogous reaction involving (C6H2Me3-2, 4, 6)NHLi [(mes)NHLi] unexpectedly lead to the reduction of selenium and afforded the selenium diamide Se{NH(mes)}2 that was characterized by X-ray crystallography and 77Se NMR spectroscopy. Synthesis and characterization of Zwitterionic Zn(II) and Cu(II) coordination compounds with ring-substituted 2,2′-biimidazole derivatives

Zwitterionic coordination compounds with strongly asymmetrical charge distribution were synthesized and characterized. Ring-substituted biimidazoles were used as the primary ligands for Zn and Cu compounds. Formation of Zwitterionic coordination compound was found to be strongly dependent on the pH of the reaction medium as well as on the ring and nitrogen substituents of the ligand. Reaction of the Df-R2biim (Df-R2biim = 2,2′-bi-1R-imidazole-5,5′-dicarboxaldehyde, R = Me, Et or Pr) with ZnCl2 in neutral conditions led to binuclear compounds [Zn2Cl4(Df-R2biim)2] with two bridging ligands (1a–c). The aim of this article is to analyze existing research on stereotypes that affect women’s management careers. The research method is content analysis and the period of analysis is 1976−2013. The results of this research suggest that women executives are subjected to stereotypical beliefs, according to which women lack various specific and necessary attributes of leadership. Another stereotype is the belief that people have to manage on their own. A third stereotype holds that female leaders are superior to male leaders.
