Il territorio offre un insieme di valori che possono essere raccontati attraverso itinerari intelligenti. In questo caso gli itinerari sono stati definiti con un progetto internazionale che vuole rafforzare il rapporto tra culture e civiltà del Mediterraneo per la presenza di realtà differenti dove la cultura dell'Islam è stata capace di radicare valori, fondendosi con altre culture. La Sicilia è uno di questi territori dove entrarono in contatto la cultura di popoli del Nord, i normanni, con la cultura di popoli del Sud, i Fatimiti. La costruzione del testo si è avvalsa di molte collaborazioni anche di studiosi stranieri.

International audience; In a context of competition between student cities, the local level is increasingly involved in improving student living conditions and is working to make their territory more attractive to students. A focus is made on the "Aide à l'Installation dans un Logement pour les Étudiants" (Help for students to settle in) of the city of Paris, a system that aims to promote the social mix of students. Platlapju koku mežos ir liela epifītisko ķērpju daudzveidība, taču šādi meži Latvijā ir reti sastopami. Lielākoties epifītisko ķērpju daudzveidība Latvijā ir pētīta aizsargājamās teritorijās, tāpēc zināšanas par ķērpju vispārīgo izplatību ārpus aizsargājamām teritorijām ir niecīgas. Šī pētījuma mērķis bija saprast faktorus, kas ietekmē epifītisko ķērpju daudzveidību platlapju mežos Latvijā. Epifītisko ķērpju daudzveidību platlapju koku mežos pētīja divos Latvijas reģionos: Kurzemē un Zemgalē. Kopā 19 mežaudzēs tika konstatētas 68 ķērpju sugas uz 160 apsekotajiem kokiem, kuri pārstāvēja 11 koku sugas. Engineered surface waves in hyperbolic metamaterials

We analyzed surface-wave propagation that takes place at the boundary between a semi-infinite dielectric and a multilayered metamaterial, the latter with indefinite permittivity and cut normally to the layers. Known hyperbolization of the dispersion curve is discussed within distinct spectral regimes, including the role of the surrounding material. Hybridization of surface waves enable tighter confinement near the interface in comparison with pure-TM surface-plasmon polaritons.
