Cluster visual field progression and its relationship with optic disc changes

Purpose Glaucoma diagnosis and follow up of progression is often based on structural and functional assessments. This study aimed to assess clustered progression and evaluate its correlation with the corresponding disc changes (RA sectors) obtained from HRT examinations. Methods 51 eyes from OHT and glaucoma patients with a minimum of 5 reliable visual ᴀ밄eld tests (HFA II i 24-2) and HRT with a follow-up >4 years were analyzed retrospectively. A Moldvai Csángómagyar Oktatási Program kutatása és támogatása egy több éves (2016– 2021), a Finn Akadémia által támogatott projekt (projektszáma, 299133), amelynek anyaga 30 moldvai településen folyatatott, 2017–2019 között végzett terepmunkából áll. A terepmunka szakaszai során számos vizuális és digitális módszertani eljárás is bevezetésre kerül, s az ezek segítségével készített anyagokból nagy terjedelmű, multimodális adatbázis jön létre. The current study aims to explore team teaching as it is manifested in bilingual interactional patterns in a preschool classroom in Finland. The data was collected in a preschool classroom where a bilingual pedagogy in Finnish (majority language) and Swedish (minority language) was implemented with monolingual Finnishspeaking children. Video recordings were made while two teachers with different predefined language roles were team teaching a class of 20 children during two circle times. Interaction between students and teachers is fundamental and has therefore been widely studied in education. However, there have been few studies on intensive spe-cial support being provided to vocational education and training (VET) students. Firstly, the focus of this article is on students’ perceptions of interactions with their class teachers. Students (aged 17–34 years) from four Finnish vocational institutions providing intensive special support were interviewed. Vairogdziedzera papillāro vēžu sastopamība "P.Stradiņa KUS" un klīnisko gadījumu analīze no 2010.-2015. gadam

Pēc onkoloģijas reģistra datiem, pierādījām, ka Latvijā ir papillāra vēža incidences pieaugums un analizējām kā tas ietekmē operācijas apjomu P. Stradiņa KUS atlasītajiem 250 pacientiem no 2010.–2015. gadam. Mēs noteicām faktorus, kas varētu ietekmēt operācijas apjomu. Statistiski ticami operācijas apjomu ietekmē audzēja izmērs (p=0.031) un FNA papillāram un mikropapillāram vēzim, bet tikai gadījumos, kad veikta totāla tiroīdekotmija (p=0.02). Pierādījām, ka 50% audzēja izmērs ir 1.1–4 cm un totāla tiroīdektomija dominē visās audzēja izmēra grupās. Mikropapillāram vēzim totāla tiroīdektomija visbiežāk tika veikta šūnu atipijas dēļ, bet papillāram - malignas citoloģijas atbildes dēļ. Vecums …
Vairogdziedzera slimību datubāzes izveide HORIZON 2020 projekta Euthyroid ietvaros

Diplomdarba mērķis. Pirmo reizi apkopot datus par vairogdziedzera slimību operatīvās ārstēšanas rezultātiem Latvijā, akcentējot vairogdziedzera vēžus un salīdzināt ar ticamību atbilstoši pasaulē pieņemtiem ticamības standartiem HORIZON 2020 projekta Euthyroid ietvaros, lai samazinātu vai izskaustu ar joda deficītu saistītās vairogdziedzera slimības Eiropā. Pētījuma materiāli un metodes. Pētījums ir retrospektīvs un tajā tika pētītas pacientu slimības vēstures. Kopumā tika ievākti dati par 852 2014. gadā operētajiem pacientiem no četrām slimnīcām (Rezultāti, 1.tabula), kas atbilst 82% no visām šajā gadā veiktajām vairogdziedzera operācijām Latvijā ar iepriekš minētajām pamatdiagnozēm.
