Persoonallisuuden piirteiden ja tunteiden säätelystrategioiden yhteydet työn imuun 50-vuotiailla

Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää persoonallisuuden piirteiden ja tunteiden säätelystrategioiden yhteyksiä työn imuun. Tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin persoonallisuuden piirteistä ulospäinsuuntautuneisuutta ja neuroottisuutta sekä tunteiden säätelystrategioista tilanteen uudelleen arviointia ja tunteiden tukahduttamista. Ensinnäkin kiinnostuksen kohteena oli ulospäinsuuntautuneisuuden ja neuroottisuuden merkitys työn imun ja sen eri ulottuvuuksien eli tarmokkuuden, omistautumisen ja uppoutumisen kokemiselle. Proces wrastania autochtonów i przesiedleńców w nową przestrzeń kulturową na Śląsku po II wojnie światowej

Decyzją konferencji jałtańskiej w 1945 r. wytyczono nowe granice państwa polskiego po II wojnie światowej oraz ustalono konieczność wysiedlenia Niemców z ziem przekazanych Polsce. Doprowadziło to do masowych przesiedleń ludności z dawnych terenów wschodnich II Rzeczypospolitej na tzw. odzyskane ziemie zachodnie, dla której proces „wrastania” w nową przestrzeń był wyjątkowo traumatyczny. Autorka śledzi ten skomplikowany i długotrwały proces na przykładzie Opolszczyzny, gdzie funkcjonowały obok siebie dwie wspólnoty: przesiedleńców i autochtonów, w równym stopniu przeżywające szok związany z niełatwą adaptacją do nowej rzeczywistości politycznej. Nell'era contemporanea, in cui gli architetti sono spesso alla ricerca di una bellezza spettacolare, la questione dell'ornamento trova un'importante attualità nel dibattito filosofico e architettonico. La domanda è se l'ornamento non abbia una dimensione etica. Per rispondere, studierò qui tre momenti storici decisivi di questo dibattito: la teoria dell'armonia di Alberti, l'approccio della scuola di Chicago alle relazioni di forma e funzione (LH Sullivan e J. Root) e la critica dell'ornamento in A. Loos. Deficit irrigation and maturation stage influence quality and flavonoid composition of ‘Valencia’ orange fruit

BACKGROUND:Effects of continuous deficit irrigation (DI) and partial rootzone drying (PRD) treatments (50%ETc) in comparison with full irrigation (CI, 100% ETc) were investigated during ‘Valencia’ orange fruit maturation. Ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography/high-resolutionmass spectrometry was used to quantify hesperidin, narirutin, tangeritin, nobiletin, didymin and neoeriocitrin in the fruit juice and peel. RESULTS: No significant effect of irrigation was found on yield, juice soluble solids or acidity. Juice color was not influenced by irrigation or harvest date, whereas peel color increased during maturation and was more pronounced in CI and PRD fruits. Juice acidity reached a …

Apikālais periodontīts (AP) ir izplatīta hroniska iekaisuma slimība, kas izpaužas kā dinamiska organisma aizsargreakcija pret mikrobu infekciju zobu sakņu kanālu sistēmā. Pētījumi liecina, ka AP ir plaši izplatīts pieaugušajiem - vismaz viens zobs ar AP ir 27 - 80% pieaugušo (Kirkevang & Vaeth, 2019). AP ir tieša saistība ar sakņu kanālu ārstēšanas kvalitāti – nekvalitatīva ārstēšana tiek saistīta ar palielinātu AP izplatību (Chala et al., 2011; Meirinhos et al., 2020). Darba mērķis bija izpētīt apikālā periodontīta izplatību un endodontiskās ārstēšanas biežumu un kvalitāti izvēlētā Latvijas pieaugušo populācijā.

Entextualization and resemiotization as resources for identification in social media

Drawing on insights provided by linguistic anthropology, the study of multisemioticity and research in computer-mediated discourse (CMD), this chapter discusses how entextualization (Bauman & Briggs, 1990; Silverstein & Urban, 1996; Blommaert, 2005, pp. 46–8) and resemiotization (Iedema, 2003; Scollon & Scollon, 2004, pp. 101–3; Scollon, 2008) are key resources for identity work in social media.
