Mūsdienās reklāmraksti tiek izmantoti kā reklamēšanas veids, tiem ir īpaša struktūra un specifiskas iezīmes, kuru mērķis ir pārliecināt lasītājus iegādāties preci vai pakalpojumu. Izmantojot žanra analīzi, tika analizēta reklāmrakstu teksta struktūra. Teksta iekšējās iezīmes un pragmatiskās iezīmes arī tika izpētītas. Analīzes rezultāti atklāja, ka reklāmas funkcija tiek realizēta ar teksta struktūru, kas lielā mērā ir līdzīga reklāmu struktūrai. Reklāma ir profesionālā diskursa žanrs, kas tiek izmantots komunikācijai ar sabiedrību. Mūsdienās internets un sociālo tīklu tīmekļa vietnes tiek bieži izmantotas reklāmas nolūkos. Šī pētījuma mērķis bija analizēt lingvistiskās un paralingvistiskās iezīmes sociālo tīklu tīmekļa vietnēs Facebook un Twitter publicētajās aviokompāniju reklāmās. Pētījums tika balstīts uz Kuka (Cook, 1992) piedāvāto diskursa analīzes modeli, kas ietver teksta un konteksta analīzi. La enfermedad por depósito lineal de IgA o enfermedad IgA lineal (EAL) es un proceso mucocutaneo crónico e infrecuente de origen autoinmune, caracterizado por depósitos lineales de IgA a lo largo de la membrana basal. Plant regeneration from juvenile and adult Anthyllis cytisoides, a multipurpose leguminous shrub

Summary Anthyllis cytisoides , a legume shrub used for afforestation and reclamation of degraded Mediterranean areas, was successfully micropropagated from expiants of juvenile (cotyledonary nodes and apical buds) and adult origin (axillary buds). Multiple shoot formation was dependent on the presence of benzyladenine in the induction medium. Of the salt formulation and expiants examined, the higher proliferation rates were obtained when axillary buds from adult plants were cultured on a modified Schenk and Hildebrandt medium. Following the preferred protocol, shoot yield reached values greater than 100 shoots per expiant. Plants were easily rooted and transplanted into greenhouse.
